The check in & out service is not 24 hours. Only from 11am-9pm.

I feel very comfortable staying with them. Nice view staying on the top level 16. Feel very peaceful. No much noise outside the corridor. You will not feel hungry. Food is everywhere. Just below the stay there two 7-11 shop, cafe, shopping, supermarket, bus station. Is so convenient. Will be back again.

May be can have shower and shampoo dispenser, that will b great. Other then that... all are great.

We got a room completely different from what is advertised, we called the service desk and asked for an explanation. They said the public facilities are part of the square meters (garden, which is accessible to all people who stay here). The room was less than 18m2 (46m2 is advertised), should have a sitting corner (as shown in the pictures) and a 40 inch flat screen tv (it had an old 32 inch). We called again as we were sort of flabbergasted after the first explanation and now they switched us to a different family room (2 double beds), this room is about 24m2, still half of what is advertised but the best they could do at the moment (does have a 40inch tv now). It’s the weekend here so finding another hotel in such short notice is sort of impossible, otherwise we would have surely cancelled. This advertisement should be taken offline as it’s just straight up lying about what it really is and we still feel scammed being left with no other option than to accept this.

1. Room quality: clean, neat, big and comfort bed. Has balcony to enjoy fresh air. High ceiline. Has small kitchen. Bath room is super clean, new ad water is super strong. 2. Hotel location: very convient. Right inside taipei bus station hence you can just walk from station to hoel entry. Will not get wet if raining.

Hotel hard to find with the black door and hidden next to bus station door. Need to improve your decoration. Change the dark color to make hotel more welcome.

Unfortunately, the management felt my neighbor's right to violate the hotel's own no-smoking rule was more important than my right to breathe clean air. After all, they already got my money at that point. The nice front desk lady did move me to another floor after much pleading with her boss. The correct response, however, would be to charge and kick out the offender. Welcome to Taiwan.

I was looking very much forward to staying at Master Hotel based on previous recommendations. The location was definitely good being just above the bus station and Taipei Main Station. The room size was also good for a family of four.

The staff wasn't helpful with luggage and if you're travelling with small children, this is a disadvantage. The cleanliness did not meet expectations as there were dusts (lots of it) on the floor. Housekeeping did not change the saucers with a cleaner one after cleaning the room too. Much has to be improved for cleanliness at the hotel.
