We had a great stay

Our stay was amazing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful balcony and view. We would recommend to anyone and we will be back!

Malinda was a pleasure to work with. Responded quickly to all communications. Condo was very clean and exactly as described. Lots of extras - beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys, beach towels, spices. Would definitely book again.

We rented the condo for the weekend for my sister’s birthday. Malinda was very easy to work with and talk to. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and we enjoyed every minute of it while we were there. We didn’t even have to leave the resort at all during our stay. Would absolutely book with Malinda again!

From the Keurig and K pods, to the spices available in the kitchen, the beach towels and the container for recycling, the owner has made gone the extra mile to make this a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We would gladly stay here again.

Our short trip to Pensacola beach was awesome and we were pleasantly surprised at how much fun we had at Porotofino. This unit is located in the closest tower to the main pool area. The murphy bed seemed like a huge plus but we didn’t need it. Plenty of items in the kitchen and beach TOYS! The beach wagon was awesome too.

Property was as described! Upon arrival, we found everyone on property very friendly and helpful. This was our 1st time at Portifino, and it clearly exceeded our expectations! The condo is very inviting, has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. This year has been quite challenging for our family, this get away was perfect, we hope to return in the future! Thank you Malinda for your hospitality.

Condo was in excellent condition. Well stocked with beach toys and towels. Great location.

No surprise everything as advertised

The view from this condo was AMAZING! Great view of the gulf. The condo had everything we could possibly need, the beds were super comfy, the bathroom in the master was gigantic. Tons of room for our 2 families that stayed there. Tower 4 is right next to the main pool so that is a short walk, the beach is across the property and the road. We were told there was a tram that would take us up there but we ended up just walking it and it was not a bad walk at all! We will definitely try to stay here again in the future! Side note- I wish there had been a notification about the fact that a massive retreat would be staying there at the same time we were, it made the pools and elevators a little crowded!

The overall experience was sensational! The condo was everything that was described in the listing, and the owner was extremely helpful in providing information about the property and surrounding area. The amenities are excellent and the proximity to the beach is easy to access and the views are stunning. For someone that works and manages resort properties, I was impressed with the overall experience and I have no hesitation in recommending this resort/condo for anyone looking to have an enjoyable vacation.

Beautiful condo with Gulf Front Views. Perfectly designed for a Beach, lay by the pool side or spa Gettaway. We were there for my sons Knee surgery at Andrews Institute and everyone at the resort was helpful, caring, and kind. My daughter had an amazing massage at the Spa and the pool was so clean. The restaurants had great food and service was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need or think of this condo had. It was perfect!!!

This condo has an amazing view on the 10th floor and is clean, comfortable and an updated condo. Owner is quick to respond and check-in and resort accommodations are superb. Whether headed to the beach, the gym, hot tub or resort bar for a drink - the Portofino and the Metzger’s condo in unit 4 is the place to stay. Cheers!

This condo has gorgeous views of the ocean. It is spacious and updated. There is a closet full of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, wagon etc so no need to bring these items which saved space in the main area. Kitchen has everything you need. Would stay in this condo again. Tower 4 is close to the action but everything is a bit of a hike regardless of which one you stay in. Every activity besides swimming in the main pool or pool at each tower requires additional fees. Research what activities you want to do before you get there. The packages can be overwhelming and are expensive. Book ahead for any cruises etc because they sell out. Also get all groceries on your way in. The closest grocery store is about 30 min away with traffic. Onsite dining is ok but plan to leave property for meals. I am sure there is more going on during the peak summer months onsite but not a lot during spring break. Overall we had a great time!

My daughters and I had a girls trip for a few days with our girlfriends! We had so much fun at the resort. The condo was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated! The pool, hot tub and close proximity to the beach was very convenient too. We would love to come stay there again!

Stay was nice. It’s a bit loud. Every morning between 7-8am there was a contractor, garbage man, lawn service, just seemed like everyday the backup beepers were going, but that’s to be expected at a very large complex. FYI cot is x 3

The condo had all the comforts of home with an outstanding view. The property has great amenities and a fantastic spa!

The island resorts have heated pools (outdoors and indoors) and fabulous beaches. This condo is super clean and well equipped with all the cooking utensils and beach chairs and toys you'll need. There are 3 big TVs in the living room and two bedrooms. It's really a plus because different generations of our big family can watch their own favorite programs in different rooms. We love this resort and particularly this apartment unit. We'll definitely come back for next family vacation!

Great place would love to go again

The property was fantastic and Malinda was a great host. The condo was very clean and roomy for the 3 of us. We could have had a few more stay and it would have still been enough. The resort had plenty to do and was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful and close enough to walk to. The condo was stocked with plenty of supplies for us for the whole week. It also had alot of beach stuff to use as well. Overall we thouroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. This property was absolutely perfect, from the view, to the restaurants, to the activities there is something for everyone ! Multiple pools to choose from. And you have the bay on one side and the gulf off to the other. So much storage in the condo. Also comes with ALL the beach supplies a mermaid or merman could ever need ! The host always responded super fast and helped out with amazing recommendations! I would totally book again!!!

Clean, beautiful, amazing views! It does not get much better than this. Our vacation was absolutely amazing and the host was an excellent communicator. We will be booking here again!
