We had a wonderful time. This is a perfect location ground for unit super easy access to the pool in the beach. Close to Publix close to downtown close to the restaurants you couldn’t ask for a better location.

As advertised. The condo is lovely, clean and well appointed. The common areas are nice, though there is a self appointed police woman making people fell unwelcome at the pool. Other than that everything was awesome

The listing was spot on and the owners were immediately responsive to all our questions. We had a great time at both the beach a pool during our stay. Clean, friendly and accommodating staff at the Pelican :)

This ground level condo was very nice. They provided everything for a much needed weekend getaway. The owners were easy to communicate with which is always a plus and we only needed to because the building letter was left off of the suite # and we did not know there were 4 buildings, oops! Anyway, no biggie because owners were quick to respond. There are books, games, blankets for rainy days and beach towels and chairs for the sunny ones. It is not super close to Flagler but not too far either. You will want to drive unless you are looking for some good exercise before eating. And then you can have a golf cart taxi bring you back! The pools are great and have a deep end, yay! The suite had all the kitchen equipment we needed. There were plenty of bath towels, wash clothes, even body soap, s&c dispensers in both showers. I realize this review is all over the place but I want you to know I feel as though you can’t go wrong renting this suite, we definitely would again! Thank you guys!

We had a great week. NSB has been our home away from home since our now college kids were born! This was our first stay at the Pelican and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location of the unit was perfect being on the ground floor. The unit had everything we needed! We will be back!

The first floor access to the room & pool was perfect for young kids. Very responsive owners. Watching rockets launch from the pool was amazing! Great condo and view!

Heather and Jacob have done a great job with the property! They have tried to think of everything one might need in the kitchen and elsewhere!! Excellent location and beautiful view from the glass wall! We loved it.

We stayed here from 11/15 - 11/18/2023. The condo is large and we had a very nice stay. The weather rained the entire trip so it was great to have this spacious condo versus a hotel room. We talked with some other owners briefly and they were very nice. The owner, Heather was very responsive and nice to talk with. if I had thoroughly read the instructions she sent, I would not have needed to contact her. Make sure to read and you will have an easy experience (door lock entry, hot water fuse, etc.). Overall this place is great and I would return. Thank you.

Lovely spacious ground floor condo with fabulous access to the beach with 2 pools! Comfortable beds and amenities. Easy/responsive communication with Heather. My third stay in the complex and it won’t be my last!

Location is great, first floor unit with a toddler is the key to an easy vacation. We had to extend a night last minute and Heather got back to us quickly with no issues. We will be back!

Beach was amazing. Pool nice. A bit crowded during our week but one of the pools was closed. Well equipped condo with nice oceanview. Some beach and pool items provided. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. Our family enjoyed the week long stay. Owner’s respond immediately to questions.

Our stay was great! Condo was as advertised and maybe even better. This was the first time staying in a first floor condo and it makes life with children a little easier. They had all the amenities you could want for a beach trip and the layout is perfect and allows you space to move. Unit was clean and ready on time for check in with all the extras (parking passes and pool bands) waiting for us. Thank you for allowing us to stay, and we hope it is available again next summer!!

Perfect location for all activities. Any damage from the hurricane had been repaired as opposed to other properties. Would definitely look to visit again next year

We felt fortunate to stay at the Pelican with its beach access and beautiful pool, when so many properties along the coast were damaged and pending repairs from the fall storms/hurricanes. The condo was perfect for us and well stocked. Great location! We were very comfortable and it had a beautiful view. Easy access even on the holiday. Thanks very much!
