The house was very clean and all of us had more than enough room. The bunk bed was surprisingly comfortable and I slept great on it. We never waited more than 8 minutes for a Lyft driver.

We stayed three nights at this cute house. The place was clean and well stocked, perfect for 4 adults. The location was convenient and easy to access. Van was communicative and helpful. Would definitely rent again!

Van was over the top!! His customer service was spectacular. Very friendly and so easy to work with. We enjoyed the house immensely and so glad we opted for a VRBO vs a hotel
We had relaxing family time and Uber was very easy and affordable to take to downtown. We would most definitely stay at this property again

What a wonderful place! Very clean. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. This place had everything we needed for a group of 6. We cooked breakfast in every morning and dinner in one night. About a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Back porch was wonderful to have our breakfast on and play cards. I would highly recommend staying here. 3 minutes to a couple grocery stores. We will definitely come again!

This property was perfect for getting together with my old buddies. Comfortable home and super convenient to the airport as well as downtown. Much better than sharing hotel rooms and didn’t cost much more.

Great property! Comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Back yard is so peaceful and relaxing. A perfect spot to begin the day or end the night. Owner was very responsive. The listing was very accurate. Super clean. Everything we needed. Easy Uber to downtown and all the other surrounding neighborhoods we needed to visit. We’ll definitely be back.

This property was absolutely perfect! It contained all of the amenities we needed and was in an ideal location that was close to Downtown Nashville, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We will definitely look to stay here on our next visit to Nashville.

Your listing was perfect! So comfortable- it was better than I expected! The back deck area was delightful to enjoy coffee in the mornings. We also enjoyed breakfast outside one morning- surprisingly warm at the end of December. Perfect location to get to 12 South (our favorite area), and anywhere downtown. Thank you so much for providing your home for a great Nashville experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this property. We have 2 dogs that love to vacation with us. The large fenced in back yard was so enjoyable! We sat on the beautiful clean deck and enjoyed our coffee while the dogs played.
The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out, get ready and have meals.
The house is a quick Uber ride to Broadway.
We will stay here again!

Van was an amazing host!! So responsive from the time we booked to when we arrived and left!! The house was perfect for 6 people, very clean, and so cute! We loved sitting out on the back deck as well and the area seemed very safe!! We really enjoyed are stay and will be back!

This was a perfect house and location for my best friends bachelorette party! Easily slept all 8 of us and was a cute and safe space for the weekend! The owner was very quick to reply and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

The property was perfect for my bachelorette party, the backyard patio was an absolute winner! Management was great and very responsive, the house was clean and very comfy for the 9 of us. Highly recommend!

Great for kids!
Clean and neat. Only 12 minutes to the airport and 12 minutes to downtown. Super large deck and backyard--our grandchildren loved it. We would highly recommend it!

Fantastic stay!
Our group of 8 had a blast at this place. Very clean, tons of space, and everything we needed was on hand. The backyard and patio is so awesome and is where we spent most of our time. The tall fences gave us plenty of privacy and the huge yard had us playing games for hours. The owner was very good at communicating and helped us get settled in effortlessly. We saved a bunch of money on rides because the house is so close to everything you want to do. Kind of funny, with the unlimited activities nashville has to offer we found ourselves wanting to spend a good church of our time at the Vrbo 😂
