Our stay was without incident. Everything was as described. The house was warm and comfortable. The location was excellent with friendly neighbors. Being near the beach was awesome for mornings walks and runs. I will stay again if available.

You would think there was not much to add after so many positive reviews have already been posted, but this was by far the best VRBO experience we have ever had. The place is clean, beautifully decorated but not so fancy you would worry about something breaking, less than a block to the very long walking path along the shore, with very comfortable beds. The shelves are full of a selection of interesting and well-curated books to read on vacation plus children’s books for all ages and an enormous number of games to choose from. The kitchen is so well stocked and sunny. During our stay, even the washer and dryer were amazingly clean with no smell of mold nor fragranced laundry products. Plus, there was a drawer with all the things you might suddenly wish you had (including scotch tape, all kinds of batteries, screwdrivers and non-prescription reading glasses). I did not want to leave, and hope to return later this year.

The house was very nice and very clean. We enjoyed some fresh fruit from the trees in the backyard. The location is great. We were able to take some awesome sunset pictures at the beach one evening and use of the beach stuff was really nice.

Lisa was amazing. House was clean and updated. Has coffee, shampoo, cond., soap. She thought of everything. Walk to beach is so peaceful. Safe neighborhood. Close to Safeway. Would have loved a mirror in yellow beadspread room but no worries there. Thank you for an amazing rental!!! 😀

Great, but keys were not in the lockbox and had to wait for the owner to bring us keys for the house AND then GARAGE DOOR opener did not work needed batteries. He bought the wrong batteries and finally brought the right batteries but overall the home wad spacious and modern

Perfect size and location to spend a little staycation with my family. Check in process was easy, the house was clean and everyone was very pleased with all the amenities in the home. I would stay here again.

Had a great time at the Beach House - comfy beds, spotless, had all the amenities including coffee which was essential after a very late arrival! Lots of games - corn hole, basketball, board games and bikes. Perfect location close to shopping and Northeastern@Mills. Highly recommend - Lisa was a great host!!

This home was a perfect stay for our family of 6. We were up in the bay visiting friends and this home in Alameda exceeded our expectations! Home was beautiful and accommodated all our needs. Just steps away from the beach. Very nice neighborhood as well. Lisa was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again on our next Bay Area trip.

Quick trip to SF for a memorial service this house in alameda was the perfect place to hang for airport pickups in Oakland and trips to the city. Nice bay walks and great views.

We stayed as a family of 4 that included a 5 year old and a 10 year old. This house was perfect - clean, plenty of room, and the kids were excited to find the shelves of board games and book case of books . There was something for everyone.

This is a beautiful, spacious home a short walk from the beach. We could go for easy walks in the mornings and the evenings. The house was perfect with everything we needed and the owners were very responsive. There is a shopping center nearby with everything you could need. Beautiful sunrise and sunset.

This rental was in a great spot - within walking distance of the beach and close to many stores. The street was quiet and well maintained. The home's interior was updated and clean. Lisa was a dream to work with; her communication and accommodating our needs were excellent. Being able to print a document was an extra bonus. I highly recommend this spot!

The Beachhouse was the perfect spot for me and my family. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The host was extremely accessible and hospitable. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the beach chairs for the beach nearby. It was truly a perfect stay!

Family of 5 with 3 adult children stayed here over 4th of July week. Home is comfortable and has everything you need. Very nice layout and room for everyone. One thing to check with your group—2 beds are full size (as stated). Make sure your people will fit in a full bed. We’re short so all was great for us. This home is perfect for a family!

A wonderful, tastefully updated home in a family friendly neighborhood. This home offered a relaxing place to return to after long days in the city. It allowed us to take strolls on the beach to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this home!

Walking distance to the bay where there are wind surfers, bikers and sun bathers! Home is clean, fresh and very comfortable. Host is very accommodating. we were left without kitchen trash bags (No big deal to me), but went and got some, left them with a bottle of wine, snacks and a couple sodas for the kids. Real class! Easy to get to off the Interstate. Safe neighborhood. When I picture typical Californian seaside town - Alemeda is it.

Some family, friends and I decided to participate in the SF Pride festivities. I came across this cozy house on VRBO and decided to try it. Thank goodness I did. Glenn and Lisa are so inviting. all of us are from Hawai’i and found out that they both lived in Hawaii. And they live close to the listing so if ever we needed something, they responded very quickly or came over to make sure everything was good to go. We are already planning for next year. Mahalo again Glenn and Lisa for your hospitality.

Renting this beach house definitely made our stay more pleasurable; from the ease of check-in all the way to the cleanliness of home was all better than expected. If we ever fish in the area again, we will most definitely check to see if this home is available again.
