Pool was great ! Hot days

Absolutely beautiful home, and cozy. The pool was wonderful, love all the access’s into the Florida room which was my absolute favorite room in the house. Love how we could slide open all the sliding doors open to open up the area.

We had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful home over Easter break. The home provided everything we needed for our one week stay including sample sized Dove soap bars/shampoo/conditioner. The pool was the main attraction for my grandkids. From morning till night, we were in the warm pool. There’s a nice table area in the lanai, next to the pool, and I especially appreciated the safety fence around the pool which has a lock on the gate to keep the kids out for peace of mind. There is a beautiful wood dining table in the family room overlooking the pool and a separate seating area. Great for reading and to take a break from the kids. I will miss sitting on the quiet and peaceful dock while sipping my morning coffee. Though I didn’t see any manatees or dolphins, it was fun scouting them. We did see a crab climbing one of the dock poles and heard plenty of birds. The location is near enough to a Publix, dollar general and gas station. We ate at a few nearby restaurants which were so good and perfect for our little group. Finns Dockside for the sunset and casual food, Apollo Pizza for a carry out and Circles for a wonderful dinner and perfect outside table for our last night and sunset. We enjoyed our stay but if you want to be by the beach, it could be a good hour drive which was the only negative but a positive is being down the road from the Manatee preserve. We saw plenty of Manatee and a big shark. Kids loved it! I would stay again.

It was such a nice home for the family. Great heated pool that went to 7 foot. Very spacious.

Yes, we are disappointed of the state of this villa. This is the third time we rent a villa in Florida and all the other ones had a much better standard. It needs to be refurbished for the price you take for it. The Villa does not hold wine glasses at all, we had to buy ones. There is no barbecue which we are use to in Florida rentals. Also the child-safety gates is solid where the owners also locked all sliding doors except one with screws which makes the indoor/outdoor dining area very enclosed and not outdoorsy at all. Of course we understand the importance of child protection for safety reasons but it would preferably be removable ones if guest without small children use the villa. The upper bathroom had a toilet that you manually had to refill water in the tank for it to stop running water. The pool heater ldc display is torn out and almost impossible to read to make the settings for Pool/Spa mode. The pool was really warm when we arrived and we tried to lower it but one cannot read the lcd display when adjusting the settings so you work in complete blindness here. One of the lamp poles in the garden is broken/missing The refrigerator is super noisy during the nights when you trying to wats tv and probably need replacement

The home is as nice as the pictures. The pool is heated so the water felt great even on the cooler days we had. Beach towels are provided so we didn't have to pack bulky towels. We saw two dolphins swim by and did a little fishing off the dock. There was an issue with the AC when we arrived. They were very quick to have someone come and look at it that day. He was not able to get the issue resolved but brought us his personal industrial fan so we could sleep comfortably the first night. He came back out the next day and was able to resolve the issue. The owner also stopped by and brought us a box of chocolates for the inconvenience which was nice. The home is very close to Circles and Finns for dinner. Spent a morning at the manatee viewing area and was able to see four of them along with a lot of large tarpon. We had a wonderful vacation!

Needs a little love in the maintenance department. Overall a good stay. Vacasa is the management company renting it thru VRBO. It was not easy to get any help from them even when the A/C went out.

It was a wonderful stay. The house is in a great upscale neighborhood quiet and spacious. Super market and restaurants close by. The house has all the amenities families need. Pool was excellent and a short drive to the beach. Everything in the house works property and the house is in great shape! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. AC works perfect as well with Lots of fans! Thank you from our family! It was a memorable vacation
