The apartment was perfect for our return visit to Cincinnati and stay in OTR. The apartment had everything we needed, was well furnished, and great design touches that made us feel at home after having moved away many years ago. OTR area was fantastic and we enjoyed walking to the MLS game with many others from the neighborhood. Easy jumping off point for other activities as well. And we navigated the parking situation easily enough, snagging on-street parking (with blinkers on) for loading and unloading.

The apartment/ condo was great and had everything we needed for our stay. The only issues I had was not the fault of the host but the cleaning company. When we arrived, the apartment smelled really strong of weed. It was unmistakable and had to let the place air out for quite a while. We didn't show up till late and it still smelled that strong. I felt that unless it was the cleaners smoking in there that they should have made some attempt to get it cleared out, because we didnt smell it in the apartment the rest of our stay. On the same note it smelled like that almost everywhere we went around that building as well. Besides that, our stay was nice and we enjoyed ourselves. I wish i would have read the posting better bc those stairs are a pain with luggage.

Loved the simple, MSM vibe and how the apartment is private/no neighbors and a great little deck area with seating! A quick “deep clean” of the bathroom fan and some trim in the bathroom was the only reason we gave the cleanliness 1 fewer star- everything else was well appointed and spotless! Grateful for this fun getaway and a lovely space close to wonderful restaurants, parks and shopping! :)

Could not have asked for a better location. OTR has so much to offer and is so close to everything. We had a short Uber ride to the arena and Banks area and a short drive to the Newport area. Host was quick to respond, provided so many wonderful recommendations and was super friendly. Apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. Loved the size of rooms and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Parking included was a big plus. Only downside is that it is hard to get a spot out front to unload or load car…and then the trek up the flights of stairs with your luggage…and then the trek back to put the parking pass back. We ended up having to go back and forth from garage since no parking spots available in front of apartment - got our exercise in for the day! Perfect location for OTR & downtown Cincy access. Tip: The outside door has to be pulled very hard after entering the code and lighting up green. Like really hard. Otherwise, it is a very nice stay.

This was one of the best places we have stayed in OTR! We will be back again! Super clean and close to everything!

Was in Cincinnati for the Thanksgiving holiday visiting friends and relatives. The condo was wonderful. Perfect location for me. Great restaurants all around and easy to Uber to locations that weren’t walkable. I did have some trouble with the street level pin pad but nothing too bad

Very clean, well-maintained apartment. Location is easy walking to everything I had booked (brewery tour, haunted history tour, show at the music hall). Many fabulous restaurants are within walking distance. We drove from the airport to the Taft National Historic Site then on to the apartment for check-in but once we parked the car, we never needed to take it out of the garage. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Absolutely impressed with this lovely apartment. Aside from being stylish, it was clean and comfortable. As described, it’s up a few flights of stairs so keep that in mind if you have challenges with that. For us it was perfect because it was secluded and quiet- we didn’t hear any street noise at all! The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is roomy for a downtown apartment. The location was perfect with several fantastic restaurants and bars nearby. Pepp and Dolores was a favorite (get the Sunday Sauce- you’ll thank me later). Parking was easy, included with cost, and felt safe. Overall, could not say enough good things. Will definitely stay here again!

My son and I came in town for the Bengals game. This location was perfect and the place was pristine. VERY clean. I will definitely stay here again. My only recommendation is clearer communication on the parking garage. I reached out in advance on this and was told there would be a parking pass on the mantle (which there was). We couldn’t find a place to park in front of the condo in order to grab the parking pass, so I parked a few blocks away and walked. I didn’t realize taking a ticket to access the garage and just not paying was an option. Overall, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend this condo!

This was a wonderful little condo for our visit to OTR. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was a great place for us to land after long days of walking around the area. There are a ton of restaurants and bars to visit and it’s walking distance to the brewery district. Having a Keurig allowed me to sit on the landing, and drink my coffee in the morning, which was lovely. This condo is up three flights of stairs, so please note that you may want to pack lite. That was not a dealbreaker for us. It was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this place was perfect! Amazing location and convenient parking. It was very clean and comfortable. A great spot for a couple!

In the heart of Downtown OTR, this little gem was a great place to stay. We made ourselves right at home and the kitchen was great for sitting at the bar and having a glass of wine. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was clean and spotless. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a blast at OTR. This apartment was the perfect escape after a long and fun day out visiting local shops and bars. So much to do and made for the perfect girls trip. Apartment was clean and updated, only complaint is the stairs but that wouldn’t make or break me coming back to this beautiful, quaint home away from home!

Being able to explore the vibrant neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine and easily access local amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. The proximity to Findlay Market was a definite bonus for sampling local flavors. Kelly, our host, provided excellent communication. She was responsive and gave us great recommendations for attractions and dining options. In summary, we highly recommend the Secluded & Spacious 1BR Condo – Central in OTR. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was just as described and the location was so convenient to shopping and dining and the River front. We can’t wait to come back!

Fortunately, our second visit was as nice as the first. Quality of comfort is the standard here. We ate at a few new places like Abagail Street, Aladdin's, and the Bagelry, all in walking distance. How cool is that? The zoo is within an easy bus ride or car ride. Make sure you snap a photo of those smiling young hippos!

This is a very nice, private spot located in the middle of the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. The locked entryway into the apartments and gated alley make for a safe, secluded area in a bustling neighborhood. The property itself was cleaner and better finished than most renovated old buildings I have stayed in. The host of responsive and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time staying in Cincy. The condo was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the simplicity of it. It was nice that we were close to everything we wanted to do (riverfront, zoo, ark and aquarium) as well. Having the parking pass was a huge plus too! Would definitely stay here again.
