This condo worked out well for us! Using the ladder, we had safe entry into some really nice snorkling. I'm glad we brought a safety dive flag/float for better visibility for boat drivers, although we stayed close to the coral shoreline. The dive site was directly off the coast and easy to reach, but we weren't diving this vacation. The condo itself was well equipped and comfortable, nice showers, nice pool. Minor drawback was construction noise next door during regular business hours, but many days we were gone for lunch or other adventures on Grand Cayman!!

Everything was super. Look forward to staying here again.

Great location away from all the 7 mile crowds and hotels but close enough to join in if you so wish. A lot of dive boats leave from the West End dock so it worked great for us. Most well stocked VRBO we have stayed in as well.

This condo was perfect for an active family - walking distance to local hot spots and dive sites, but not busy or crowded. Pool, grill, rinse-off for dive gear - and the views were amazing!

Condo was clean, updated and nicely decorated. It was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. water pressure in showers was great. The first floor location was excellent for quick access to the pool and relaxing on the patio. Sunsets from the property were beautiful. Owner was easy to contact via text and promptly helped resolve a small hiccup with WiFi. We will return.

The apartment is large and clean and the view across the pool to the ocean is beautiful. we'd stay there again if we go back to the island.

The condo was gorgeous, spacious, clean and was the most well-stocked rental I’ve stayed in ever. Need tape? Got it. Need a snorkeling mask? In the closet. Need a beach chair to sit on the ledge of the ocean and read? There’s four. Highly recommend if you want to be off the 7-mile for a peaceful adult stay. Snorkeling and diving was 5 minutes from our temporary home. It was a short jaunt to all the restaurants in the 7-mile district with a few great eateries nearby.

This stay was the best I've experienced on VRBO. I had several messages from Heather and Terri prior to arrival, and they shared helpful information and were willing to answer any questions. The property was immaculate - extremely clean and in pristine condition. The description was spot on - the unit sits right on the pool and across the parking lot from a shore dive entry site. Check-in instructions were sent via email and it was easy to get in and get out. This property was absolutely wonderful and if we ever get the chance again, we will definitely be staying here. We very much enjoyed our stay at Bonnie's Arch. The pool just outside our door made morning swims wonderful. We also enjoyed walking down to the sea wall to watch the waves (it was quite windy during our stay). The property was very clean and quiet (with the exception of some construction next door), and the condo was spacious.

This is a repeat stay for us and we can’t imagine staying elsewhere. So comfortable it feels like home. Convenient to diving, snorkeling, dining, shopping … everything without being in the congested 7 Mile Beach area but only a couple minutes away. My girlfriend joined my husband and I and also said why would you stay anywhere else!? Terri and Heather are beyond responsive and take great care to make sure it’s up to date. So wonderful to walk into a place where there are the little things you may need. Absolutely LOVE this place!

My family and I stayed one night at this fabulous condo before heading over to Little Cayman the following day. We loved it. Hubs and I relaxed in the living room while we watched our 3 girls play in the pool just a step or two outside the door. It was so nice being within walking distance to several fantastic restaurants, as we did not rent a car for the one day we were there. The view was amazing. The people are extraordinarily pleasant. The condo was inviting, clean, and cool. I would love to return later on in order to spend some more time here. The hosts are kind and wonderful to work with. Thank you for having us! We'll be back!

I wish I could "pick up" this glorious vacation home and stay in it during every one of my future vacations around the world! It was a lovely week at Bonnie's Arch. From the moment we entered the front door and walked through each room, my mom and I were smiling and so excited to begin our stay. The unit was impeccably clean. So welcoming. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated. The kitchen is so well stocked. It has anything someone could possibly want or need to cook while on vacation. It's conveniently located in the complex (ground level with patio in front of the great pool with slight ocean view) as well as in West Bay ( also close to Fosters grocery store) . It was very nice to arrive back after a great day of exploring the island and be far enough away from traffic and the busier SMB area. It was very quiet at night. The local roaming roosters were my morning alarm clock some mornings ;) I used the dive ladder to snorkel out front in the beautiful aqua colored waters. It is in a perfect spot for catching stunning sunsets every evening too! Overall I would highly recommend staying here. You will be so happy and relaxed and enjoy every minute while visiting grand cayman! It is also very important to note the impressive communication I had with Heather and Terri throughout the entire booking process and actual stay. They were so helpful with ALL of my questions I had and provided me with honest and accurate answers. Thank you both so much!

This condo is beautiful, well kept and stocked and just a perfect place for a vacation getaway. The reef just outside the door and down a ladder was just perfect for post diving snorkels and the sunsets were amazing!! We will definitely be back!

Immaculate, updated condo that is steps from a beautiful pool (that we had to ourselves most days), and 20 yards from a 'house reef' with abundant coral. West Bay is a beautiful area - close to restaurants and beaches by car, but also just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach. The appliances - especially the ice maker in the fridge - are first class. I'd like to say that the owners were responsive to our inquires when we were on the island, but we never had any reason to contact them. Everything was perfect. We hope to stay here again.

This was our second stay at this property. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay with plenty of towels for the beach and restrooms, beach chairs, coolers etc. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook full meals and there is a good grocery store just a few minutes drive away. The owners are responsive and helpful. There is some construction noise from the property next to this one, but it wasn’t super loud and didn’t detract from our enjoyment in any significant way.

This condo has all you need! Very clean ground floor unit right next to pool. This condo is large and the kitchen is very well equipped. Excellent location for snorkelling or scuba diving! West Bay Area has many attractions to see.

First the hosts: Heather and Terri were wonderful hosts, answering all my questions quickly, as this was our first time in Cayman. They have thought of every need right down to the ice packs for the different sized coolers. They went way out of their way for us one night and didn't have to, but it was very appreciated. The unit has a beautiful view, it is spotless, comfortable and well maintained. The area: . It is away from the crowds which we loved but not remote. Very close to 4-5 restaurants, the Turtle Farm and Dolphin Discovery Center. You do need a car. We tried without one but there is not a lot of safe walking space and it is dark at night. We hope to go back and would stay here anytime. I honestly can't say enough good things about the whole trip!

If you want to get away and destress, relax, and listen to the waves, then this is the place for you! This was by far the most up-to-date and beautiful vrbo we have ever stayed in. Everything we needed was included. The air conditioning was wonderful and the pool was right outside our patio doors. It was only a 20-minute walk to Foster's grocery store and less than that to the Turtle Sanctuary. The ocean was rough when we were there so we did not snorkel off the ladder provided, but there are lots of other options if you rent a car. The property was clean and bright and quiet. Highly recommend.

The place was fabulous, clean, and easy to access. We have only a few suggestions about renting the unit. You should list in your advertising on VRBO about the contract that needs to be signed with credit card number prior to renting. We DID NOT have any problem with the 2 page contract, but some might. Also, access codes had to be asked for 2 days prior to arrival. Overall, five star place and we’ll be back. Thanks

The hosts —Terri and Heather — are very helpful and responsive and happy to share tips on the local area of West Bay. The unit was very clean, comfortable, well maintained and conveniently located. It was also very quiet. West Bay restaurants are good and there is a Foster’s grocery store nearby. The sea was “energetic” during our stay and quite lovely to watch the high tide waves break on the ironstone shore.

Extended weekend getaway and we were very pleased with the unit !!

Can't wait for next year! We had a wonderful trip. The condo was well-stocked and very clean. Small condo community with friendly, quiet neighbors. We often had the whole pool to ourselves. Only steps to the oceanfront to watch gorgeous sunsets and sit and relax while looking for crabs, sea urchins and chitons. Well located - quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic - only a 5-minute walk to Dive Tech - the company we were diving with this trip. Terri and Heather were responsive to questions. Problem-free trip - we'll be back!

Bonnies Arch is the perfect location and layout for our family of four. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and had all the "extras" to make it feel like home. Communication with Heather and Terri was excellent, they responded quickly to questions and have really went above and beyond to ensure their guests have everything they need. We will absolutely be back and Bonnies Arch will be our first choice for accommodations!

This condo is lovely! Extremely clean, great beds, great linens and plenty of them, kitchen out-fitted better than at home! Very comfy and with a lovely patio overlooking the pool and ocean. It's a quiet neighborhood and very safe. If you are diving/snorkeling enthusiasts, this is the perfect location! We have nothing negative to say. Hosts were available and easily reachable. We will definitely stay here again.

We love this home-away-from-home property! This is our 2nd time staying at this location and 8th trip to Cayman. As diver's we love the convenience of this location to NW point dive locations! Divetech is nextdoor, Macabuca is around the corner, grocery store nearby, public beach access near, and on and on! The condo is wonderful and has all the amenities of home. Recently reno'ed and is perfect with the pool just 5 steps off the back patio. We will be back!

I decided on this location for my Dive Certification trip. Proximity to DiveTech for my morning classes was perfect. I rented a car but could have also easily walked (maybe a 10min walk). Beautiful views of the water right out the back. I would recommend this location.

Just as advertised! The unit was easy to rent, comfortable with updates and upgrades. If you’re looking for world class diving, snorkeling or access to clear blue water but not the crowds, this is place for you. The hosts have been generous in providing anything you need in the kitchen, laundry and pool(plenty of towels); they are accessible for questions or recommendations and have provided a binder filled with unit and local area info. The pool has plenty of chairs and is steps from the patio… don’t miss it at night also! We can’t wait to return!!
