This house was amazing for our annual family vacation! We are 3 families with a total of 15 people and had more than enough room especially in the kitchen! The swim dock was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed the game room! Communication and generosity from the property owner was above and beyond! Very, very happy with our stay!

What an amazing property, coffee on the deck, kayaking and swimming during the day. Beautiful game-room kept us entertained during the rain showers and beautiful sunsets. We had an amazing time in this beautiful location. I would highly recommend to anyone

The house was just as the pictures showed. We loved the game room. We are a very competitive family, and if we were not out on the lake in our boat, we were playing some kind of game! A great house for a large group.

Thank you so much for hosting our family. This was my 87 year old Father’s Day gift. The home was well equipped and even had a brand new grill for us to break in! The kayaks and gameroom were used every day and we were able to fish off the dock. It’s hard to find somewhere to accommodates all of us but this sure did. Lots of table space and seating areas.

We had 12 people ages 2 - 64. The lake was wonderful and the family spent most of our time on the deck by the lake. The scenic view and calm water was perfect.
The kids enjoyed the game room and the house had plenty of room for all of us plus a couple of guest that joined us for a day. We will go back for sure!

Lots of spaces to spread out and the view from the dining/kitchen area and deck is lovely. Fun games in the basement. One game broken but owner is working to get it fixed. Owner response time is excellent.

Great location with excellent lake views, access and a large deck with a grill. Great area for a relaxing stay and close to Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village attractions. The property owner was easily accessible and helpful.

There was plenty of room for our group of 16! Grandkids and big “kids” enjoyed the game room! Nice having two laundry rooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the grill two nights. Beds very comfortable, and plenty of seating for meals. Pretty view of the lake!

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. We had a group of 11 ranging in ages 9 to 93. Everyone enjoyed the home, the location, and outdoor activities. Very clean and has everything you could need during your stay. Anjali and Craig promptly answered any questions we had before our stay.
There were severe storms and a tornado in the Village our last night. The owners immediately reached out to check on the safety of our group and see if we needed anything. Thankfully the storm missed us. Great communication and great people to rent from. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay in Hot Springs Village. The house served our family very well. Plenty of space for 13 of us, the kids (all high school/college age) loved the game room and even braved the kayaks. We had a couple of questions over the course our stay which were answered very quickly. Would certainly stay here again.

We were an army of six adults and seven grandchildren (3 years to 12 years old). The location in the fall was picturesque on the lake and driving in the village. We never felt crowded. There was plenty of space for everybody.
The downstairs game room was a great space to play. The games were fun to play even for the adults. Lots to do in the area from miniature golf, to hiking nearby, and a very nice fitness center.
The kitchen and the rest of the accommodations were complete. We didn't lack anything to make the stay a success. There was a Walmart nearby to refill the refrigerator when feeding our hungry army.
How to function in the house was well explained in the Renter's Handbook. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

Second year in a row to stay on this property. Worked out great for our group of guys. The house is clean and a great layout for playing games watching football. You can even go fishing if you so desire. Watching the sun come up or set from the deck overlooking the lake is the perfect start and end to a great day @ “Let the games begin”. We stay there again.

Seven H.S. & Fraternity brothers met to play golf and catch up. It was a great place for our group. We spent most of our time on the deck overlooking the lake - beautiful! Plenty of room for all of us - we all enjoyed the trip!

My group (12) of friends really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. It was the perfect place for us to unwind after golfing each day (6) the only thing the suggested was that it would be nice to have a hot tub. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Wonderful time! 7 grands age 6-15 and 6 adults. The 2 fridges were SO HELPFUL; space- plenty of room for all including game room downstairs w bunk rooms; dock/lake area quiet and clean to swim… fish… kayak.
Made some suggestions to owners to improve here and there, and owner responsive. but none were dealbreakers for us. Good owner communications as well. HSV pool and pickle ball were fun fun fun also!

The house was perfect for 8 ladies with a great kitchen and plenty of bathroom space. We enjoyed the game room and spent all our time there the first night. The house has a wonderful setting on the lake and we enjoyed swimming from the dock after golf. The house has a second refrigerator out in the garage that was essential for us to stock all of our groceries. Golf courses were close. The ones we played were 15 to 20 minutes away. Can’t wait to book this home again!

Pictures do not do this house justice. It was perfect for our group of 8 adults, 2 teens and 2 infants. The layout was fantastic and provided more than adequate space for everyone to gather as well as find quiet space to relax and nap. We hung out in the gameroom daily, kayaked, enjoyed dinner around the table, and enjoyed napping and movie watching around the house. The location on the lake is so peacful and ideal for swimming/floating safely. There's so much to do in the village and our only regret was booking for just 1 week instead of 2!

Best value for number of beds and a lake front property. Adult bedrooms were on the main floor with a set of washer & dryers on each floor. Owners provided prompt responses and clear instructions. We swam and floated in the peaceful cove. Enjoyed Hot Springs Village with the amenities of the community. Rented a boat on Balboa Lake and reserved a shade structure at the adjoining beach. We had a wonderful stay.

Three families came in to help celebrate our 50th Anniversary. The ages of grandkids ranged from 5-15. The kitchen area was nicely stocked with crock pots and pans. The large sun room area was perfect for family game night. We had great weather so the outside swimming and fishing area was the most used. A great game room downstairs provided some separate time for adults and children. It was the perfect get together house.

Family vacation with our kids and spouses and 6 grandkids (ages 2-20) was spectacular. Everyone enjoyed the game room, fishing/swimming pier, kayaking and all of the amenities (first class golf ranges, putt putt, beach area for lake swimming) in the village or close by. The large (fully stocked) kitchen, nice bedrooms and bedding (updated from photos), plenty of bathrooms, tvs, and sitting and dining areas were great for our family of 14. Owners have done a great job providing all the conveniences of home. We will be back!

Overall the stay was nice, we enjoyed our time. There were some issues of clenliness where a few spiders were found and we were also unaware that the 2 rooms. downstairs were not seperated. I would recommend to a friend and would stay here again.

The house is BEAUTIFUL!!! Large kitchen with plenty of utensils, plates, and supplies. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was nice to have two dinning room tables and two living rooms. Lots of room for activities inside.
The lake is awesome! Loved having access to the lake off the dock. Such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
We have no complaints just had a wonderful time!!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house accommodations and games very much. The lake views are gorgeous for sunrises and sunsets. It was too cold for in water activities but we enjoyed star gazing on the dock. There was plenty of room for us to spread out to watch TV, eat, and cook. The neighborhood was great for exploring Nature on hikes and community events such as church and local restaurants. The location was perfect for short day trips to Hot Springs National Park and town to sightsee. Overall, we loved your beautiful house and thank you again for helping us find the lost air pods for my little sister.
