Property was just as described! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The Propery Manager helped us with everything we needed and was very communicative

Nice, spacious and quiet place perfect for a group to enjoy.

We had a birthday celebration. Home is decorated nicely. Cozy pool area. Inspire of the drizzling rain, we got to enjoy little pool time. I let host know in advance that we would like to use pool area as heating up the pool and spa can take time. It is nearly impossible and not safe keeping it on at all times. Host was very responsive and very pleasing to talk to. Have I mentioned the game room???? Kids had a blast. Home is well insulated. We are very pleased with our stay and will consider it for our other events in the future.

Title advertized heated pool & spa, but upon check in it was not. Manager said in the house rules it stated to heat spa was $50 A DAY and to add pool it would be $80 A DAY! That should have been promently posted not buried in the fine print. We could have stayed at a hotel cheaper. On another note, had to change dates and owner/manager was prompt and accommodating.

The home was just as the listing notes. We were a family of four but there is plenty of room for a larger group. The host was very responsive and helpful

The property is great for family getaways. Great location, easy communication, and wonderful pool.

We stayed in the DFW area for the weekend. It was farther from the zoo than we’d expected but the house was great! We swam and enjoyed the game room. There was plenty of room for us to sleep. We cooked dinner one night and had everything we needed.

First time visiting the area, house was clean,plenty of rooms for a large family and amenities were as listed. Property manager was responsive when we wanted to heat the pool/spa as the temperature dipped below 60 at night.Overall a very positive experience and would recommend to my friends when they hit the area.

Lots of places for kids to crash but also several adult sized beds in rooms, so it worked out for our use. Be sure to communicate ONLY over VBRO, despite VBRO saying you can call/text them. Otherwise their team won't know to warm the pool/spa up for you!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! It was clean, beautifully decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. It had all the amenities we were looking for. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the Frisco area!

Pros: The house was very clean. There was an updated/modern look to all the appliances and fixtures. The couches were comfy. Lots of room to dine and hang out. The pool and hot tub were nice. We paid extra to have the heating turned on and my grandmother and children really enjoyed the temperature of the hot tub. The cushioned outdoor furniture was very comfy. The area was quiet and peaceful with lots of bunnies in yards. Very close to lots of food, activities, and highways but far enough away to not have road noise. Lots of windows to let in light. The front door automatically locks periodically so. I worried about forgetting to lock it. Cons: There were some dated areas (paint on tiles in the bathroom that was scratched, and worn carpet at the master bedroom to bathroom transition that had tacks sticking up). Some of the door hinges made noise when opening or closing. The bottom freezer door wasn’t working properly and was freezing closed or throwing ice on the floor if you were able to open it. Some of the outdoor furniture was worn, brittle, or broken. Overall: We enjoyed stay and would stay here again.

Beautiful house with a great pool. We booked to have a little staycation and use the pool to take a break from the heat. Very clean and spacious. Has everything you need. Had an amazing game room that we wish we had time to utilize.

Place was clean, accommodated our party well. Needs a few more pots, for cooking…sauce pot. It was nice to arrive and have some basics supplied which we appreciated. Grill area is nice. We really enjoyed!

Was a great stay. Bunk bed room would definitely fit 4 younger kids but a tad tight for 4 teens with separate luggage. Neighborhood was really quiet and safe and the pool was really clean and awesome. Definitely recommend staying here if you need a place around Frisco!

This was such a lovely little Oasis on a hot day in Texas. We were gathering a few friends from around Texas to spend some time together on a mini-vacation and this had a wonderful swimming pool and a game room to just chill in. Gave us the relaxing atmosphere we needed with easy access to the metroplex.

We stayed for 4 nights. The house was a great layout for the family. There were plenty of beds and everything was stocked well in the house. We spent most of the time in the home outside in the pool. Great sized pool for younger kiddos. Easy to watch them and enjoy the outdoors. It was quite warm while we were there, so spending time in the pool was necessary. Christina and Roy were great hosts. Any questions I had were promptly answered. Thanks!

We loved this house and the outdoor area was amazing. The game room was used daily and the house was very clean with a lot to offer. We wish their was TVs in the bedrooms but not a dealbreaker at all. Owners were quick to respond and great to rent from. Would definitely rent this property again.

We came down for an annual golf trip. There were 6 of us and the house was more than enough. The process was easy and we were accommodated with an early check-in and late check-out. The house was clean and the pool was nice. The only negatives were really that there is no yard in the back for outdoor games and the hot tub really didn't get hot. All in all a really nice place to stay.

The house was very clean I book for pool but host tried to charge me extra fees just to heat the pool and hot tub that should have been included with the booking fee I couldn't enjoy my self because host constantly text and called saying that she was getting reports but my family was inside playing card games I feel that it was more of a race issue 😕 I felt very unwelcome host is very strict, but overall the house is very clean .

We choose this house for our honeymoon, and boy we were not wrong! The location is perfect! Nearby all the stores you can think of! Gorgeous house, and Christina was very responsive. We hope to come back here soon!!

This was a great experience. There were 5 adults and 6 children ages 10-2 years in our group. The owner was very helpful and answered questions and requests promptly. The home/pool/spa were VERY clean and well kept. The game room was fantastic and well outfitted with comfortable day beds to relax while others played. Overall: 10/10
