Nothing, i liked everything. The only thing that might be a problem for some people is that windows don’t open, but it wasn’t a problem for me. The ventilation system works well, so you get enough air.

Apartment was clean with all necessary equipment, located in a new building. Parking is next door from apartment. Location is excellent, the metro is 5 minutes from the apartment, shops, cafes and restaurants are in nearby. Host was very helpful. I will, definitely, come back and recommend to my friends

Clean, well equipped, reasonable price.

The appartment is in an administrative building on the ground floor, it is more like commercial space converted to a appartment. It is quite spacious, seems to be clean, the neighbourhood is new, modern. The furniture is new, nice small kitchen with nespresso coffee machine.

The beds could more comfortable. Very annoying communication with the owner - many messages before, arrival instructions in at least 10 confused messages instead of one clear e-mail. Many messages sent twice. The owner requieres copy of IDs!!! Offer of package consisting of 3 tea bags and one coffee capsule for 1eur is embarrassing. No possibility to open the windows and get some fresh air

A parking is near the appartment, so it is very convenient. An interesting concept of the district. A children's play ground is 5 min from the apartment.

Lack of tea, sugar and coffee. It wasn't the problem for us to buy it ourselves. But in my opinion there should be info about absence of tea and coffee.

The location was perfect for us. The nearby lake was beautiful and my kids loved it. There is a shop, and the whole area is very nice. The kitchen in the appartment had everything we needed.

No window to get fresh air in the room! It's definitely not designed to be an apartment! It could be a good office or a shop!

Kind house owner. Enough room space for parents and 2 kids. 1 livimg room and 1 bath room. Great cost performance. Good location to access to city by bus s and metro. Enough kitchen goods for basic cooking.

laundry machine is not equiped in the apartment. If you want to use it you need to request neighbor.

To start with, it was NOT an apartment - it was a part of an office space underneath a gargantuan parking lot in the center of a newly-built area. So you end up in a tiny dark room with huge office windows that are closed with blinds, so that noone from outside sees the inside. Moving forward, the price shown during the booking was a recommendation only - after we arrived, the host started re-negotiating the price, and demanding payment in cash. When we refused, someone came in with a credit card reader, but the price went up from 75 Euro per nigh to 90. And if we would not have paid, the host threatened to cancel the booking and leave us on the street. So- beware of this place. I do really hope Booking.com team would do a better job next time selecting the properties on their web site.

It is hard to find something that we did not like. Everything was perfect. The neighborhood is brand new. The metro station is just 5 min away. The paid parking is just 20 meters away and is dirty cheap. The host is very kind and helpful. The room, I will say just one word - wonderful. Cozy, spacy, well equipped and furnished. Perfect place to stay with the family.

Flat was easy to find and parking garage was next to the flat which was ideal. There is Ubahn station nearby perfect for getting train straight to Central Wien. Flat was lovely and clean and check in was straight forward. Would definitely recommend this place to other tourists coming to Wien.
