We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo is directly next to the park where the fireworks show took place. The balcony allowed us to perfectly watch the fireworks without being in the crowd.
The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen has all of the needed cooking utensils. Although there is no air conditioning, we used the box fan with the windows and balcony door open, which cooled the condo well.
It’s nice that there is a parking spot if your vehicle is not oversized, but that’s to be expected in Telluride.

The property was great for our summer getaway to Telluride. It was a great location and easy to walk your favorite hikes and restaurants as well as the Gondola. The host was incredibly responsive and we felt truly appreciated to have chosen this property to stay..

We loved staying here and would definitely stay here next time in town. The location is perfect for walking quite literally anywhere. The views are spectacular. We were here for 5 nights and used the grill on the deck 2 of the nights (did I mention the views?). Very clean. Many thoughtful touches. Just book it.

The location was excellent! Six minute walk to the gondola to get to the slopes. Walking distance to everything downtown. The condo was clean and very well stocked with everything that you would need. The bed was comfortable which is a hard find when you’re usually renting a place. The best part was the heated bathroom floor. I will definitely plan on staying here again.

Beautiful condo on the 2nd floor with gorgeous view out the back patio. Newly renovated and very comfortable. Luke was very quick to respond to our questions. I would absolutely stay here again with my husband and son. The pull out couch mattress was comfortable for my 11 year old and the queen bed was super comfy.

My husband and I took at quick trip to Telluride to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. The River Trail Retreat was absolutely perfect! This property is in the perfect location. We walked to amazing hikes and to shopping and restaurants. We also just wanted to sit on the back porch and take in the view!! It was stunning! Thank you for sharing your place with us! I highly recommend!

Location was outstanding for any event in town park. Property management company were very responsive. Parking was good. The condo itself was, at best, average.and if not for the location way over priced. The one interesting feature about the condo was the heated tile floor in the bathroom.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Telluride. The information that was provided prior to our check-in was the most thorough, complete and user-friendly I have ever received for a Vrbo Luke calm, was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The property is absolutely amazing and pictures don’t do it justice. The location is phenomenal with easy access to the river trail And plenty of spots to wade into the river. It is also very close to the bustling downtown area and Minnie exceptional restaurants. What is perhaps even better is the proximity to several trail heads. We did not want to leave and will almost certainly return and stay at this property . What a find!

The place was perfect for our four days in town. We were within close walking distance of main street and all the restaurants and shops. The unit looks newly updated and is well-designed. The view from the living area is amazing - you look at the end of the box canyon - Ingram Falls, Ajax mtn and Bear Creek on the right.
The bed was really comfortable, the shower was great. We were happy to have the washer and dryer (in the bedroom alcove) to do laundry. The local contact was quick to respond and helpful when we had a question about the parking.
All in all a terrific stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this well located and freshly renovated condo in Telluride. The shops and restaurants were at our doorstep and the gondola to the Mountain Village was just a few blocks away. The condo is very nicely renovated with great extras like coffee, tea, wine, and sparkling water. It had everything we needed for our stay. This is probably the best managed vacation rental I’ve ever had. Thank you and we will come again!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this primo location in Telluride. The host was very quick to respond and helped us right away, when we asked about a microwave. They brought one right in!

I stayed here for a couple of days with my daughter. The unit is awesome very clean and modern. The back deck has an amazing view and you can walk about 50 yards and be fishing. Great location for town, only a couple blocks from all the good restaurants and retail etc. can’t say enough good things about this place
