I traveled with my sister and my stepdad, while showing my stepdad how to lock the door using the code, before I could tell him not to, he locked the door knob. I called the property manager and they had it fized within an hour! They were amazing! Place was very clean too!

What started off as a bust ended up as a very nice vacation. The people at Johns Pass Condo's went above and beyond in customer service. They corrected every issue we encountered (and there was a few). Issues with a lock on front door that did not have a key, to no battery's in the thermostat for an air conditioner that was totally in-operable, they fixed everything to our satisfaction and more. Hats off to them. As for our host...... nothing to say there....... totally uninvolved or helpful.

Great place

The location is a 5 minute walk to beach access, with a great little beach bar/cafe right there; it is also walking distance to the Cambria hotel where you can find a great rooftop restaurant and bar. The condo itself was spacious, and very convenient for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. The main areas were clean, but the master bathroom shower and all bathroom rugs were not clean. The kitchen is minimally equipped, so if you plan to cook, consider bringing everything other than the basic dishes and silverware. We were thrilled to find a brand new beach wagon to use to carry things out to and back from the beach, but there were only 4 beach chairs - for a property that sleeps 8 and advertises that beach chairs are included, there should be more. With just these few items addressed, I would very much recommend staying here.

This is a great location to stay at. Very close to beach. Updated condo. Was a little disappointed that the beach wagon/chairs that was mention on listing were not there. Also the sheets had stains on them.

This condo was absolutely beautiful, everything as described and more. So spacious! We loved having 3 bedrooms and everyone got their own bathroom. Easy access to beach, John's Pass, Tropicana Field, we had a great time!

Fabulous 3 bdrm/ 3 bath, super close to beach. Must be close to brand new, bright, clean and contemporary. Loved the updated condo! Each bedroom has it’s own bath. Quick easy 2 blocks to beach. We walked on the beach early mornings and attended CE classes all day. Fabulous place! Thanks so much!! Dr. M.

Overall unit was great! Each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom, which was nice! Great location, 3 min walk to the beach & easy access to the trolley that runs the entire island! Surprised at wear & tear[scuff marks, chipped paint, large blind balcony door broken] considering how new the unit is, but all minor. Guests should be more considerate of property. Kitchen could have been a bit better stocked but we did not cook so it was not an issue. Enjoyed hanging out in this spacious unit & on the large balcony! Would stay at Madeira Del Mar in the future!

Upon arrival we found hair all over bedding, urine spot around the toilet, highly visible! False eyelashes by the nightstand. Hair in the drawers along with hair ties. Sticky spill in the front bedroom under trundle bed. I notified owner that moment and never received a call back. Was told the following day that they would send housekeeping. Apparently they came but just wiped the counters and all the hair was still there as well as urine on the floor. We washed all bedding that day and ended up cleaning ourselves. Poor communication with owner! Location was great. That’s the only good thing I can say! I have plenty of photos!

Great place with plenty of space and loved that each bedroom has a full bathroom! Great location and the walk to the beach was nice and easy even with children and strollers! Check in and check out was a very easy process. When we had minor issues with ants and the garbage disposal Maintenance was there within a few hours! The place had plenty of space for kids to play and the kids loved the pool as well! It was nice and clean! Would definitely recommend it and would come back!!

This is nicest condo we’ve ever rented. Better than photos and close to everything! 7 people stayed here very comfortably! Having three full bathrooms was amazing as well. Check in/out was very easy…almost too easy. Could have used a little more communication. I ended up calling day before arrival because we didn’t have directions or instructions for entry. Felt same about check out. But I would most definitely stay here again.

The condo was overall very nice but we did have a stain on the comforter in the master so we swapped it out with another. It was ‘hidden’ under the throw pillows. While the kitchen has the appliances you need the lack of pots/pans and prep items needs upgrading. For instance, we only had one small pan to make breakfast for 4 adults. If you are looking to make any sort of meal in this unit, it will def need to be upgraded to do so. Again overall the unit was nice and the location to restaurants and the beach was perfect. I would consider staying again if the kitchen had more to offer.
