Loved all the decks, the all equipped kitchen and great hot tub, oh and the views! Only a few negatives, the funky lock code on the door. Finally got it but made Vacasa aware of it. Also place was clean with exception of a dried on cereal stain on the coffee table that we wiped off. It left a stain but also let vacasa know. Main bed in bedroom could have been more soft but slept well due the beautiful beach walks and hot tub soaks. Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay at the home. After such a busy several weeks, staying at this quiet home, looking into the bay was better medicine than any doctor could prescribe. The kitchen had every tool we needed to cook with. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms just right. I highly recommend napping in the window seat. My ask is to have more warm comforters on each bed and stronger Wi-Fi. Thank you so much.

This home is in a stunning location. The view is incredible and the home tastefully decorated and has a lovely layout. However the amenities described do not appear as such, the hot tub leaks and probably needs replacing. The stove doesn't work and if you try to turn it on the whole burner set goes off and faint gas smell. They know about this because there are notes everywhere so you have no real way of cooking anything. The heating is troublesome and somewhat frustrating to use also doesn't seem to heat the lower level, so blankets for everyone! Also a number of electrical issues with open plug sockets, missing or loose panels and bathroom fans/lights needing replacement or fixing. Disappointing as with the amount of money you are charging I would expect items to be in working order. This house needs maintenance.

We enjoyed our stay here. It has lovely views of the bay/harbor and is very quiet and comfortable. We didn't cook too much, but the kitchen was pretty well-stocked (my biggest complaint would be the kitchen towels - they aren't absorbent, so I mostly used paper towels). Be aware that it has a steep driveway, and you have to climb a steep hill from the highway (so if you bring bikes, as we did, it's not as accessible as I hoped). But it's the coast and there were other nice flat areas to bike nearby. In all, we liked this home and would rent again if we are in the area.

Although a bit pricey, this home if full of so much charm and beautiful collectibles and art. Very comfortable with gorgeous views and a wonderful private hot tub.

The house was everything and more we were looking for to celebrate a special birthday. From the breathtaking views and sunsets, to the art filled walls throughout. We fell in love with Bodega Bay all over again.

We enjoyed this home in a private neighborhood, secluded from neighbors and traffic. The view of the bay from most rooms in the house was nice. The house has a nice layout, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The weather was a bit cool while we were there, and the bedrooms, downstairs, were a bit chilly. But all the art throughout the home made it a unique stay. The coastal bird trail not far from the house was a nice plus.

Incredible sharing of owner's art, beautiful lighting to highlight art! Read the book to understand the painting/prints! (Boat yards are very familiar to me and thus much appreciating) Every time one turns around another art or history treasure appears! thoughtful selections of furniture etc. well selected kitchen tool's (I am culinary inclined), wonderful views and ability to sit around the home .... just follow the sun!

A spacious deck off the living area is perfect for sunset-viewing. The large windows of the dining area give an unbroken view of the bay. The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of workspace and is open to the view from the dining area. A TV room is on the street side of the kitchen. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and picture windows framing the view. There's a half bath off the main living area. The bedroom level is down one flight of stairs. The master bedroom suite with its bathroom has its own tree-framed view of the bay and an above ground hot tub. The second bedroom has a full bathroom just around the corner. The home is a short walk to the pretty beach. We enjoyed strolling on the beach and around the quiet neighborhood where each home is individually designed.
