Location was okay bathroom was nice good shower.

This apt was very dark. The front door was broken the patio doors were old wooden French doors no bolt on them. Only window was in bedroom but couldn’t have it open as was on ground floor. It was extremely hot in the apt and it smelt of damp. There were dead flies every morning on the kitchen work surface and on the floor.

We like the Complex and normally book thought the hotel but find the apartments basic so when we seen this ground floor apartment with a double bed more to our taste we booked it but on arrival we got the basic upper floor apartment with single beds, we though we had made a mistake and booked the wrong apartment and we couldn't figure out the booking using our mobile phones so we didn't like to make a fuss. On our return home and with use of the laptop we were able to see we had indeed booked the better apartment, we feel that we were miss sold the apartment, I have been onto the letting agent and gave them time to come to us which they have not, we have brought this to the attention of bookings. The apartment also had ants which we never had issues with before when staying in Corralejo and the place seemed clean but if you looked closer it wasn't, the hair dryer was filthy, the shower drain was blocked and we only had one set of towels each for 7 days.

Our biggest issue was not getting ground floor apartment we booked with double bed and garden views.

Location to shops and restaurants is only 10 minute walk or even. Pool was lovely. Girl working at the bar was friendly. Apartment was clean.

Beds were low. 2 single beds kept separating at night. Room very stuffy at night. No air conditioning. Towels only changed once. No cleaning service while there. Sheets could have been changed. bathroom small and stuffy. Didn’t know it was a private booking until I was told at reception. Could do with fixing the fan on the ceiling.

This apartment was clean, contemporary with all necessities to hand. The complex was clean, spacious and easy to comfortably relax in peace. The town was a short walk away, but there are bars, eateries and a large supermarket right next to the complex.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, but must highlight that we both feel that it would have benefited from a ceiling fan in the bedroom, as it was very warm.

Great appartments. Pools were really nice. Check in was effortless. Great location.

Fantastic staff, very helpful and quickly responded. Nice apartment, lovely swimming pool in the complex, a short 2 minute walk away. Beach is a 10 minute walk and a large supermarket (Hyperdino) is located right beside the apartments too, so overall a great location.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment located right next to Campinario shopping centre but it was very very quiet and peaceful at night. It had modern furnishings and comfortable beds. Shower was fantastic with great water pressure! Laura answered my messages immediately if I needed anything. Swimming pool and loungers were great and pool bar was excellent.

Would have liked towels changed twice per week, but not a big issue.

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed! Laura was great and helped us with everything!

Very clean apartment. Bed very comfortable memory foam mattress. Fan in the bedroom plus a mesh blind that let in air and kept out the mosquitos. Patio overlooking a garden which was very private. Had everything you would need on holidays. Very central and close to the beach. Had 2 lovely pools 👍

Had a bath instead of a shower. I had my hip done so the bath was very high for me. I said this to Laura and she said it's on the plans to put in a shower. Also would like 2 sets of towels. I don't do laundry on holidays. Apart from that it was lovely.

Location is perfect, apartment had everything we needed. Very friendly staff.

Air-conditioning would make the apartment perfect.
