We enjoyed the accommodations. Clean and charming. Bedrooms are small but beds were comfortable. Good location. Will return.

This was my second time at this property, both times in winter. Other houses I've stayed at in Leadville have various and interesting ways of heating rooms due to their age. This house was completely redone with furnace and vents, so heating is consistent in the rooms. The coffee setup is also nice: filters, ground coffee, pods, sugar, and creamer provided. The fenced front yard with the trash bin located nearby is convenient if you have a dog. Street parking in front of the house was always available during my stay. The pot I used for cooking did not have scratched up non-stick coating, which is something I've encountered at other rentals.

This property was perfectly situated for our ski adventure. Easy parking and easy to get in and out to town for a bite and to shop around. Beds are comfy and the neighborhood is quiet.

Stayed a night and the home was cozy and comfortable. Nothing too fancy. Just right. Stayed in winter but would be even better in the summer to enjoy the front deck under the aspens.

Great use of space, perfect for our family and dog. Cozy and comfortable in a great location. Easy access to downtown, Mineral Belt Trail, and Ski Cooper. Would stay again!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Leadville! I work with the hospital in the community, and this was a perfect place to spend the night after a full day work.

Perfect spot for a stay in Leadville. Great amenities and could not have found a better spot to stay while in town mentally preparing for the Leadville 100 run.

We enjoyed the place overall. It was clean and had everyone we needed, close to town. The fenced in area was convenient for our dogs although the picture seemed to make the area seem larger than it actually is. We were skeptical at first about the location and werent entirely comfortable aboutthe area. We didnt see anyone out and about but finally talked with a renter who assured us he had a property by the same company and had enjoyed his stay there. We really did settle and enjoy ou entire time and have nothing but good to say about our time and were very happy. We would happily stay here again and would recommend the property to anyone.

Was perfect for us!! Fenced in yard for dogs which they LOVED!! Easy walk to town. Very nice kitchen. Washer and dryer was great!! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!!

Everything was clean but the place was smaller than we expected based on the listing. No dishwasher, and the yard is quite small. For the price, I might consider staying in a hotel next time.

Very easy check in. Very clean and cozy. Plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking. Within walking to Harrison(Main Street). Perfect sized front yard for the dog. Bedrooms are small, but still had plenty of space to store your things and the beds were comfortable. Memory foam. Couch was huge and comfy too!!

Convenient access to downtown, upgraded throughout, heat was good, beds fine with lots of pillows, Direct cable, small fence yard area worked with the dog, no dishwasher but overall fine

This house is the perfect getaway and was very clean. Everything we needed was included and more. I highly recommend this house and if you have pets it has a fenced yard which was important to us.

Located in a very modest end of town. Check in was super easy. Excellent communication from the management company and they're fast to respond. Great to have a fenced yard for the dog. (This house has a front yard only, so what you see in the photo is what you get. It's plenty big enough for a dog to run around a bit, though.) The interior is extremely clean, newly remodeled and very comfortable. All the appliances and dishes you would need are available. There's shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in the bathroom. The bed we slept in was comfortable. The pillows were pretty hard, so if that's an issue for you bring one. Manually adjusted the thermostat but it only stayed at that temp for a certain period of time. Woke up a pinch chilly in the mornings. Great location for walking or even a short drive to Harrison St. We had a great trip.
