Location was great. Price for value was very good but not perfect, same with the cleaning it could have been perfect although it was pretty good.

Overall DAMAC is a nice building. Premium , good facility and good location.

Since the most of the hotel in Riyadh has been sold out. So this is my first time to book this kind of hotel apartment. But it’s my last time to choose it. It’s horrible! 1. The bedsheet, pillow cover and quilt cover didn’t change. A lot of hair on that !!!! 2. There is no WI-FI!!! Landlord told me that they will manage it however till the date I check out. Nothing happened!!! 3. Very slow service. I info the landlord about my check in time and payment method. But. They cost 1 hr more to bring the POS. and took more than 30mins to came and change the bedsheet etc. 4. Service attitude. I guess maybe the landlord try to do some service recovery. But sent the staff to press the door bell at 11:30PM!! Just because want to give some water and tissues which I have it in my room. I understand to manage such apartment is hard and we can’t do the comparison between the hotel and apartment. But since doing such business then should be offer the nice service to the guest.

Location. very tidy and well maintained. The landlord was brilliant- very easy to get hold of via Whatapp and responsive. The apartment includes utilities, data and a cleaner once a week
