Excellent place to stay! Perfect location in town. Can't wait to stay again!

Great location and wonderful facility

We were staying two nights. Didn't have rest or sleep at all. Both bed mattresses are so bad that is impossible to sleep and find comfortable positions. Those are worse than sleeping on the ground. We got the message the day before that the barbecue was not working and that they were trying very hard to fix the issues. I believe that was done just to avoid the cleaning, We haven't tried to use the barbecue but it was warmer out maybe we would but this is stupid why did you advertise that you have a barbecue if it’s not working?! The carpet in the living room was so stained that was discussed. They could be cleaned easily if nobody tries to do that.. I wonder why we pay a cleaning fee? The garage remote opener is not working maybe it needs a new battery but we had to go in and out of the car to close it and open the door Also place has Too many codes..codes for the elevator codes for the garage entry door the codes for the garage door 🙄 The reservation text didn't have the address of the property when you go into the account there is an address but the leasing office took 30 minutes to find the place. The location is good and within walking distance and honestly, that is the best thing about this place. Overpriced and if you want to rest and sleep don't go here

Decided to combine our two groups and rent a 2 bdrm/2 bath condo. This place was great by way of location and ease of access. All access is electronic requiring codes to get into all spaces, providing great security. Condo was nice, mostly clean but a bit worn and dusty in areas, probably because it most likely sat empty since cleaning after the last resident, possibly a month earlier. Even so, we would stay here again.

This is a very comfortable property in a great location in downtown Leavenworth. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property suited our group of 3 adults well. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the common spaces are roomy. The wrap around deck provided even more space. Once we parked in the garage, we were able to walk everywhere--including shops, restaurants, and the walking trails and Blackbird Island along the Wenatchee River. This may seem like a little thing, but appreciate all the light switches were labeled which is always helpful. The initial accessing the garage is a little tricky tho the directions are clear. Would happily stay here again; highly recommend.

Three small blocks from Front Street, this place is an easy walk to most of the restaurants and shops in Leavenworth, so you can leave your vehicle in their garage space. Interior was very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked. This is a corner unit so the balcony was HUGE wrapping around two sides. Five of us fit comfortably, 2 people in each of the two bedrooms and my son on the folding rollaway bed. We would stay here again. The only negative is that parking space in the garage is small and next to a concrete pillar and we almost needed a shoehorn to get into the our Honda Odyssey parked into the space.

Perfect location. Walking distance to downtown and to the park. Makes it easy to enjoy all there is to do. Great to have reserved parking as the street parking is tapped out on the weekend. Well appointed condo. Makes it extra comfortable. Great deck!

We had the BEST time and the property was one of the top reasons for such a great stay!! The locks had a little glitch, but they were new and the owner was in touch and we had to wait a few hours to get in, The owner was great and We are definitely going to return!!

Everything was great! Leavenworth was a one and done for us but we had the best time. Would recommend!

This condo is one of the best places to stay in Leavenworth, by far! Close to downtown, easy parking, clean and well stocked.

Cons: with the snow and the crowded streets when we arrived, it was confusing on where to access the garage (the door visible from the street said "exit only"). Sent a message to the manager/owner and never received a response. We also called the property management office...she said she'd find out and call us back, but didn't. We figured it out ourselves. The description said no "trucks" in the parking garage but there is ample space for a full sized truck. The keypad on the entrance is not working so we had to walk around the building to enter through the man door and then push the button. This was only the first time...the unit had a remote that worked that we used the rest of the time. And then the elevator! Very sensitive and slow. Lastly, on two nights, the snow plow worked near our unit starting at 4:00 a.m.! The backup alarm and bright light shining in the windows made sleep impossible. Pros: prior to our arrival, the communication was great. Once we accessed the unit, we were very impressed! Very clean, modern, and spacious. The jacuzzi tub was divine, the fireplace was so cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. No complaints about the unit itself!

Kitchen had everything we needed, and more. Bedding was plush and comfortable. Very nice unit, extremely clean and in a great location downtown. Covered, secured parking was included. Loved the condo and balcony and location. Perfect! Will be back. Did have a hard time finding it though, as we could not find the name Apri Ski Chalet on the building.

Great property to stay at we’ve stayed here many times never been disappointed your right next to the park which is great if you have dogs! It’s a plus to park your car and be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants!

We stay at this complex almost every year and this particular condo for the past 2. Everything was perfect except the hot water heater didn't produce enough to fill the tub.

Condo just as described - view from large wraparound porch was amazing. Location to central Leavenworth can not be beat. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Everything was perfect at Daniels's property and as described. Our family spend 4 nights there and had the most amazing Winter Holiday. The property is located right in the downtown area and within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Our kids had fun sledding daily and the local fare was delicous. For anyone coming to Leavenworth, I would highly recommend staying here.

We usually stay at a hotel but too many people! We loved this condo and will stay there again. It is the perfect location. There was a Christmas tree set up as well as some other decorations which made it even nicer than expected. We had a view of the river which was beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay. Place is very spacious for 4 people (2 couples). The location and onsite parking is great. Parking could be a challenge if you have a full size SUV or truck. The kitchen is limited and only has a drip coffee maker (no Keurig). Great patio as well.
