What a beautiful condo and view! Even though we couldn’t use the lake we had a fabulous time! I’d come back again!

We came down to Okoboji for a family wedding and this was the perfect spot to stay!! We brought our boat, the views were awesome and having the restaurant and pool right onsite was great. It’s one we definitely want to stay at again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Our family of 10 in all had a great time. There were a few issues but Sabrina was very responsive. The biggest bummer was that the elevator was out when we checked in, but not the owners fault. We love this condo and it works great for our family.

Property is perfect for several adult couples. Love the 5 King size beds. Wonderful host. Everything seamless and easy and perfect for our family. A few suggestions for even better. If there were a simple shade outside to block the light in the late afternoons and evenings, we would have been able to stay outside longer. The full sun of summer was brutal. We would have loved to have our meals and hang out more outside in the evenings and enjoy the gorgeous terrace a bit more. Secondly, Some small side tables in the bedrooms on both sides of the bed or even a simple shelf. Thank you.

Beautiful view!! When you have little ones tough to hit concerts and fireworks. We could watch the fireworks from the deck. Yeah! Lots of room and appreciated the stocked kitchen with lots of unexpecteds such as baggies, napkins, hand soap at all sinks and more! Thank you! Access to the water park was also appreciated! The littles enjoyed it. Only suggestions, make sure laundry detergent is not empty for next renter since we need to start towels upon leaving. I had brought some along so we were fine. Hair dryer doesn't work well at all. That’s an easy fix. Maybe consider having a high chair available. We had a great experience and neighbors are all friendly. We’d definitely recommend and book again.

The six of us enjoyed the amenities very much. Beautiful decor and the outdoor gas fireplace imbued an atmosphere of casual but elegant, which complemented the modern furniture well.

Very clean property and communication was great and always responded in timely manner

Our family (6 adults, 6 children-11, 8, 5, 4, 2, 1) gathered at this beautiful, spacious, and very clean condominium (1 level) to celebrate our Christmas/NYE. It was very nicely furnished with 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms large enough with closets to place a pack'n play in for 2 toddlers and 3 other bedrooms with enough space for toddler cots/sleeping bags, or another pack'n play in the actual bedroom). I have stayed in a number of VRBOs and this one was the BEST OVERALL as it also had the necessary supplies needed for the additional cooking that we did daily while we were there! The owner and property manager were readily available for any questions that we had before/during our stay. The 6 waterpark passes were a plus and were used on two of the days. (Please note on the Bridges Bay site the times/days that the water park is open, so that you can plan accordingly). I can't say enough GREAT things about this condominium! We will all be back again soon! Thank you Kirk and Sabrina!

This condo is an awesome property. Great view great building large space for family gathering. Easy access to surrounding community makes it overall great space loved it!

Amazing property, beautiful views! This place was spacious and included everything we needed for our stay. It was beautifully decorated and the balcony was great to relax on.

Great location and a beautiful view. Beds were good (They are tall beds and the older adults had difficulty getting in and out) The place is new and clean and if you want privacy space and quiet bedrooms this is a good place. 👍

Had a great time - planning on coming back!

My husband and his family/cousins have made this a annual trip based around the Clay County Fair. They had a fabulous time. The condo was perfect!!! Have already rented it for family vacation at lake next summer!!!

Nice property Good location

Loved the covered deck with view of lake …. So many boats to watch coming and going. Very spacious and clean. Very quiet … didn’t hear guests on either side of us or above or beneath us. I would suggest games and playing cards for the guests and some comfortable seating on deck rather than high top table. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, modern beautiful property. We had 9 adults so the five bedrooms with all king beds was amazing. Gorgeous view of the lake. Nice, comfortable furniture. Will definitely book again!

This was the perfect location for a family vacation. The condo was large enough for three families, and the location was perfect for all of the lake activities! The property was clean, and the amenities were nice. Enjoyed the onsite restaurants and close proximity to many activities!

Great place that is close to downtown and all the amenities!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! Everyone had their own space plus a very large common area. We cooked, we did laundry, we went swimming, we went boating. Great restaurants nearby. The pools were great. Boat ramp was super close. We couldn't have asked for anything more, unless Kirk provided a chef!

This property was perfect for our group of friends! It was wonderful to have a king bed in each room. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil needed, and the space was very functional. The view from the lakefront porch was perfect and great place for morning coffee and evening fire pit. The entire condo was clean and as advertised. The only constructive thing I can think of is that there is not a clear walking path from the condo to the restaurant, but obviously that is not the condo owner’s fault, and we easily made due. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location & view of the lake.

This was such a fantastic place for our group. We had 7 adults - cousins, brothers and spouses. Everyone had incredibly comfortable beds. 4 of the bedrooms have no windows, so everyone slept really well. The condo is very new, so everything felt clean and comfortable. The outdoor sitting area was wonderful - we spent a lot of time sitting at the fire table in the comfy chairs overlooking E. Okoboji Lake. The waterpark and restaurants were a bit of a walk away, and the staff at those places were hit or miss on whether they cared about their jobs. Food took awhile, check-in for wristbands at waterpark took awhile, pool towels took awhile, etc...but the swim up bar was awesome and food tasted delicious. On the VRBO listing, it said that check-out was 11, but the paper/instructions inside the unit said 10am. Just a heads up...Also one of the bathrooms is in the master bedroom, which left the other 4 bedrooms to share one bathroom. Not the worst, but not the best for a group of adults. We had no issues, but the owner was very responsive to our questions and communications. All in all, it was such a gorgeous unit that we can't wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our family of 10. There were plenty of rooms & beds. We loved how new everything is. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the view & the sunsets on the balcony. The location is awesome & everyone had a great time; nobody wanted to leave.
