You used old pictures and photos of the place and made it look and sound like it was a great place after dark all that was sitting out side was outlaw members way way over priced for what I got in return for my money would not recommend or return unless it was a free stay

Host was awesome, great accomodations, put a welcome book together. Hotel is right on the beach and near food.

The parking situation is a nightmare due to the damaged garage. Night security was useless in regards to a solution other than parking 10 minutes away and hopefully having a shuttle back The pools are closed due to the hurricane even though the inside pool looks fine.

my little family and I loved staying here for a whole week! it’s a really clean place and everything we needed was offered. definitely recommend and will be coming back!

honestly there’s nothing that I didn’t like.. I absolutely enjoyed my time there!

The room was great nice and clean. Had a very cozy feel. Also fully stocked kitchen.

I was not informed that all the amenities were not open. All the pools were closed the restaurant and bar was all closed due to the hurricane.

The bed was extremely comfortable and altogether it was a charming studio apartment! The owner was very informative and the apartment had everything we needed :))

The front desk was rude, the man in particular. We were not given key cards when we arrived so therefore couldn’t get back into the resort. When we realized this we found our way around the building to the front desk and the man insisted we were given them during our check in. He literally argued with me, basically accusing me of lying, rather than just making me the key cards I needed. Also, The key cards to get through the facility would fail often, which means you would be locked out. Perhaps they should upgrade to the number pads, not only for efficiency, but it’s much easier to remember numbers than having a card on you everywhere you go!!

Our host had anything available we may have needed or forgotten.
