The condo was very clean, well stocked, and close to the slopes and restaurants. Perfect for a quick getaway. Will stay again.

The apartment was nice, clean and very well equipped/ furnished. It was conveniently located above a Tim Hortons which was a big perk. 4 minutes from the heart of Ellicottville so super close to mostly everything. The only downside was the sound of traffic/ semis pulling over to get Tim's at the wee hours of the morning but white noise solved that problem. We would recommend and definitely plan to stay again.

We were very pleased with the accommodations, the location, and the affordability of this apartment! We travel to Ellicotville a few times a year to ski with family and friends, and we all agreed we’d definitely book with Amanda again!

Excellent stay, ease of access was great for downtown ellicotville/holiday valley, and there was more than enough room for 6 people.

The apartment is clean and nicely furnished. Ample towels, dishes, appliances, TV's and the fireplace make for an enjoyable stay. The sunlight through the windows brighten every morning. Convenience of coffee and breakfast downstairs is a plus but could easily be made in the pretty kitchen area.
We came to ski and the snow was sparse so it was nice to have a comfortable home babe to hang.
We would stay again without hesitation.

We stayed at this property during a quick ski trip. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. No need to purchase dish soap, hand-soap, paper towels, etc…it was already supplied. The property was exceptionally clean and quiet, no noise at all from Tim Horton’s below. There was plenty of room for six people. There are ski lockers inside the entrance door, you need to provide your own lock. The drive into Ellicottville was about 1 minute. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four had a great time staying here for our ski trip. The apartment was VERY clean and modern , had everything we needed and was close to town and Holiday Valley ski resort. Checking in and out was a breeze. You do hear some traffic noise from the street below but that wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. The place is very easy to get to and I would definitely recommend staying here to others.

Spacious, bright, clean, well-stocked. About a 20 minute walk into town. Three middle-aged friends who all appreciated having their own beds (one on comfortable pull-out in the living room), full size fridge etc. Would definitely stay again!

The location is perfect, very close to Holiday Valley & downtown Ellicottville. It only took moments to get to the grocery store for food & drinks. The Tim Hortons downstairs made breakfast easy and the brewery across the street had great food & drinks as well. It was a perfect weekend getaway!
