The crews are very kind and considerable. If I had a chance to stay in Zurich, I'll choose Opera Hotel without hesitation.

Hotel is a bit outdated, but the rooms and beds are good. Bar was closed every afternoon and night!

I really enjoyed my time in this hotel. The room was very comfortable and everything, including the air conditioning, worked perfectly. The only negative is that the elevator is tiny and barely large enough for one person with luggage. It must have been there before the building was renovated. But you get used to it. And the location is super. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our AC didn’t work initially, however they moved our room & on top of it had a technician come check the floor’s AC. The new room was even cooler the next day. We opted for the breakfast in the morning and they had a great selection with excellent coffee. There was a convenient store/supermercado across the street open late. There was a very nice tapas bar on the corner where we stopped in very late one night and ate. But the street was quiet & very safe. A couple of blocks (up/down and to sides) there were many places to eat also. Our 4 night stay was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again.

Transit is easy but also lots to walk to close.

Beautiful hotel. The two negatives were that we needed laundry service and it wasn’t available on the weekends. And the parking was offsite during a time when roads were closed off so it took us some time to get into the hotel. But the hotel and area were great. And staff was super helpful!

A lovely experience! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and many knew why I was there - to see The Ring, so it was nice they asked about it. Great breakfast. Highly recommend (and it's SO close to the opera house!).

Great location, friendly staff and easy to get around. Very dated fixture and fittings. Basic wooden wardrobe with dodgy fixtures. Expensive and wasn’t to standard of a 4* hotel.

Location was perfect, surrounded by nice restaurants. Only 3 min walk from closest public transport, we didnt need any during Zurich days. You can walk anywhere you want to visit. Reception lady was so helpfull.
And I have to mention that one of our rooms has an excellent view of the lake, even if it's a bit far away, it's beautiful!
Only bothering thing in the hotel was breakfast room staff. Unfortunately, the gentleman there was extremely unhappy and was busy taking their plates from people with harassing them to finish quickly. I can't say we were peaceful during breakfast, such a pitty situation for a really qualified berakfast buffet.
It was one of the places I would definitely want to return to if I could have a peaceful breakfast.

The hotel is not exactly as shown on website. It is not very modern and rooms are very small and a bit worn out. Our view though from our room was amazing. We could see the lake. Location is perfect, everything is walking distance.

I asked: why in the world? She said “those are the rules”. So I guess this Swiss hotel really does not want US guests. The room fit a bed and not much else. Worn carpet. I paid good money for a decent room and was put in a crap room.

The hotel is in a great location, and the lobby/cafe/bar is modern and inviting. The buffet was pretty small, as was the room. But it was sufficient for an overnight in Zurich.
