Me and my husband really really enjoyed this property the staff was nice and excellent it was nice food areas I’m not goin to lie a couple places was a little bland but then we found us some good good food

Beautiful property, the staff was nothing short of amazing and the location is PERFECT!

Loved the free shuttle service, the lobby is beautiful and the staff are great! Friendly and accommodating to needs. The pools were the perfect temperature. Cant wait to return!

The room was cute and comfortable. The balcony had a couple of nice chairs to sit in. The pool was beautiful.

Stayed here for a little birthday getaway and enjoyed myself. I do wish the rooms were more updated and less dusty in corners, though I did like the overall aesthetic and design of the hotel. The pools were my favorite part, the drinks were great, and the food was satisfactory.

We absolutely loved it and will be back again.

Friday night the pool needed to be skimmed badly, Saturday it was super clean! There were 30 plus people at the pool on Friday evening, bar with no bartender and noone serving drinks poolside. Other than that, very nice property, breakfast was excellant, shuttle to mall very nice too!

Amazing pool with great location to walk around old town Scottsdale

Upon check -in we were told they were downgrading our room because Expedia oversold. However we were charged the same rate. Hallway smelled weird, pool was dirty.

My stay was great. Just need to be a little better in taking care of the bar area in room. Had a drink left there from the guest before. One of the days my room was not clean. But overall was a comfortable. The temperature in the room was great.

The Scott is a gorgeous venue with a beautiful courtyard space. Two pools and a bar are the centerpiece, with many lounge spaces to relax and enjoy. It was hot, obviously. But their free shuttle was perfect and everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. We would absolutely recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

There is a reason my wife and I love this hotel, and each and every single time, they raise the bar! From the Pool Bar to Front Desk and everywhere in between, the Scott continually sets the standard of excellence and serves as an example to all other resorts in the Phoenix Metro.

We had a fabulous vacation with The Scott as our home base. Would highly recommend staying here - it's beautifully designed & decorated. Amenities that we enjoyed included the pool area, gym, various chill seating areas to relax, a little faux-grassy area with big-connect-4 & corn hole, ice-water ice-tea in the lobby 24/7, easy parking, and a convenient shuttle that's first-come-first-serve driven by friendly bell-staff! Would like for the pool to be a bit more chlorinated given the activities surrounding - but really enjoyed the facilities nonetheless! The staff was very helpful throughout our time there so worth a shout out. The location is amazingly convenient to Old Town Scottsdale! The shuttle service will drop you there if you can catch them - location is a great amenity! Highly recommend

Loved our stay. Food was great and vibe was spot on for a relaxing girls trip!

It was beautiful! We loved the pool and just the overall ambience of the hotel. The lobby is both lively and serene and the rooms are perfect! We had a 1st floor room and loved sitting out on our patio, there were humming birds! We took advantage of eating poolside, room service, in the restaurant and in the lobby. The food was all great!

Resort is amazing! Location is great and the free shuttle was perfect for leaving the resort for meals or shopping.

Don’t be fooled by the social media posts - they’re all interesting angles! The truth is you’ll find an older hotel that has had a good remodel, but not a great one; a pool full of 20-something’s, sand from the small walk-in beach entry, and a ton of trash from the surrounding foliage; way too many people then they have room in the pool for, or reservations at their own restaurant; rooms that are jumbled with mismatched furniture, and a queen mattress on a king frame; screaming couples at 1am in the hallway; and a staff that seems tired of everyone (and I kinda don’t blame them). It was an interesting stay, but unlikely I’ll be back anytime soon.

The Scott Resort and Spa was amazing! Super fun environment, clean, excellent staff and the free shuttle was the icing on the cake!! Will definitely stay here again!

This was such a beautiful property in a great location. The shuttle was so helpful for easy transportation to restaurants and shopping and the drivers were so friendly. Food and drinks at hotel were great and the pool area was gorgeous. I would definitely come back here again.

Truly a beautiful resort. Friendly staff and a great place to relax and hang by the pool. I do want to mention that the Internet connection is awful. If you need to work while you’re there, you certainly won’t be able to do so from your room. I was there four days and wasn’t able to get internet in my room once. I called to see if there was a solution and was sent to a separate IT number - which was very unhelpful. Like I said, amazing place if you’re fully shutting off from work and the outside world - but if you need to access email or vpn for work - this might not be the place.

Really clean, excellent service and extremely friendly staff. We had a mix up with our check in and they were extremely accommodating!
