The room was nice. We did wish for a room with possibly more mirrors for getting ready. Front desk service was very nice and the bar area was nice as well. Rooms were comfortable overall but I was concerned with the sliding glass door leading to the pool area, not having any sort of lock on it. Just for overall safety that was a bit concerning but at the end of the day, I would recommend others to stay here.

It would have been nice if they had a coffee sevrice in stead of starbucks, damn 5.00$ for a cup of coffee .

The workers at the front desk and at the food/drink bar were very respectful, nice and helpful. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the mimosa bar for game day. We love staying at this hotel in Tallahassee.

The glasses in one you can’t see outside because was so old was dirty impossible to clean.
The plugs and lights is not for that price.

Based on our experience at another Courtyard property on the same trip, we weren't impressed by this property. Staff were nice, and location close to Capitol and FSU was good. No breakfast included, exterior of building was poorly done, and looks uninviting. It appears to be an old property that Marriott did their best to "put lipstick on."

Great front desk personnel! Check-in & Check-out. Staff willing to help out anywhere to ensure guests are provided quality and timely service.

There was no TV in our room; when we spoke to the front desk theyy said that 'the breakers are out'. I asked if that was true, then why did the TV in the lobby worked. The front desk attendant just smiled and said 'they were working on it'.
The TV came on momentarily at about 7:30pm; when we used the remote to change the channel it went out immediately. (This is obviously an in-room issue!). I called the front desk again, and she repeated the same 'breaker' excuse.
At no time did anyone try to resolve this issue in our room.
I stay in Tallahassee 3-4 nights per month on business; I will take my business to the nearby Holiday Inn.

I asked for a room at the back of the property (away from Apalachee Parkway) and it was very quiet the first night. A little noise the second night of my stay, but not unreasonable. Front desk staff were very friendly and polite. Main critique was that there never seemed to be luggage carts available when I needed them after check-in and check-out. But, overall, a good stay.

At 1:30am someone gained access to our room and walked into our room. I am unsure how this person came into our room - but it was the strangest and most unnerving feeling. I thought we were about to be robbed. I yelled at the intruder and the person quickly ran out of our room. I attempted to call the front desk to report this, but nobody answered. I’ll never come back to this hotel again.

The remote for the tv did not work. Had to request a different remote 3 times!
The service in the “so called” restaurant was very bad. The attendant was on his phone mostly. He did not know what a draft beer was. He took my husbands food order, gave him water, put order in and never asked for mine. We had been traveling for hours, needed a nice break. Not sure what was wrong with the server, but he did not want to be there, not at all interested in serving us.

Hotel was clean and comfortable but outdated a bit. Room thermostat did not work. No answer when calling for maintenance. Extremely disappointed to learn that the hotel restaurant and bar would not be opening due to low registration numbers. Specifically chose this location and paid a higher rate than other available options because I didn’t want to have to leave the hotel for food after arriving
