They charged for parking on a ungraded lot and they asked if I would like my room made up in the morning, was out 8 hours and nothing was done. They even called to ask. I won’t be back

Very quiet and comfortable! Seemed more like a place to stay for business than a fun couples weekend. No food or drink available between close of breakfast counter (fee) at 10am and 5pm when the small bar and dinner opened. Not really what we were looking for but we had a pleasant time. We were disappointed that the hotel charged a $10 per day parking fee. That seemed uncalled for.

They add a $10.00 daily parking fee, mind you you there is no security monitoring the lot ande they try to avoid telling you at the time of checkout. When I questioned i commented how unfortunate it was they didn’t mention it and the response was “go across the street they charge $30.00”. This was after I turned to walk away but the attendant felt a need to get in the last word. Yes it is in the description of the Expedia booking site, but you need to scroll all the way down in the fine print. Dirty pool, carpet not vacuumed and many vagrants just eye balling you when you pull in.

Conveniently located near the airport. Very comfortable bed, room was clean, quiet, and dark. AC got a little cold and kept resetting when I changed it, but given the high temps outside, I can't complain! Appreciated having a place to grab dinner, as it had been a long, hot day and I had an extremely early flight in the morning. Definitely recommend.

However, they have very lomited dinig options and even more limited dietary restriction options ( eg. gluten and/or dairy free and the staff was not very helpful to that end at all

Decent place to stay. The room trash wasn’t emptied from the previous guest. Hotel staff was nice enough. Decent shower pressure. Noisy AC unit.

This was a good hotel located in a quiet area of town. Ralph's grocery is about a 15 minute walk away and a few nice restaurants within walking too. Clean room, friendly staff and good exercise room. Pool was shaded for part of the day which was great. Very small refrigerator in rooms and no in room safe, but, otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We were on bottom floor by the door entrance,heard door banging through night from ppl in &out, noisy a/c in room, charged $5 for water we didn’t drink

We originally had reservations at the Extended America hotel- we walked in a the guy at the counter never acknowledged us. I canceled the reservation and went to Courtyard. Keegan was great and accommodated us very professionally. Go with Courtyard.
