Love it I love this hotel it’s my favorite. They are always professional and very clean!

We stayed for a family wedding in late September. We were NOT advised before arrival that nearly all of the common areas were under construction. No one was ever at the front desk, the hallways looked like decor from a haunted house and you could not use the main entrance for the entirety of our stay. When we tried to tell the front desk staff of our concerns, she laughed and asked if we'd looked at the website, which allegedly detailed the work being done. It does not identify ANY construction to the property. We also attempted to contact the hotel through the Hotels.com messaging app for information prior to arrival, but they never answer. The room itself was OK. The A/C was loud, and the room was not cleaned or made up during our 2 night stay. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, so everything was always damp for hours after a shower. For about $30 a night more you can stay at thr Hampton Inn and get breakfast included. Go there.

The visit was good

The room was not the cleanest. Sheets had a couple stains, shower was slightly dirty and the floor wasn’t not fully vacuumed. Lifted the cushion of the chair only to find candy wrappers and goldfish.

The front desk was awesome—courteous and friendly. We booked a suite and the room was not as advertised. The cleanliness was subpar and the suite furniture was stained and tattered. Lamp was missing a light and didn’t work. The door did not securely latch when we left the room, you could easily push it open from the outside. They are going through renovations so some of the hotel is nice but our room was not. We discussed our concerns with the front desk and they had no problem giving us a refund and did apologize for the status of the room.

Property was as clean as can be expected with construction on site. The staff was friendly and cooperative. One staff person was overly unhelpful in suggesting that face masks were unhealthy and not helpful.

nice option of indoor/outdoor pool. rooms are dated but comfortable. Surprised room wasn't ready upon arrival aft 4p after some scrambling at the front desk, mgt & cleaners room was ready less than 10 min. Like the restaurant on site too.
