Excellent value for a night’s stay and breakfast. Beds were super comfy and spacious rooms and very quiet. The breakfast was really good and the staff were very helpful.

We took a family room for 3 adults and one child. The rooms were reasonably sized and clean. The bathroom was clean however could be a bit mordenised. The breakfast was excellent and had a good variety to select from. The room service was the only aspect that was slow and could be improved upon but otherwise no other issues. Also the price was very reasonable .

No issues. Appears the asylum seekers are no longer staying here as they weren’t hanging around out the front with a security guard.

Check in staff and lobby was great. They give the children with us a free gift which was lovely. Restaurant staff were also great, food was ok. Kids eat free through the summer holidays was a great surprise. We were two families over three rooms, 312, 314, 318. Rooms had everything you needed and comfortable. Room 314 smelt of smoke and the floor outside the bathroom was soaking wet. I brought this up to reception who sent housekeeping. House keeping said she couldn’t smell any smoke, offered air freshener and left. My eldest didn’t stay in the room because of the smell. Parking is only £5 a night when your guests and hotel was in a great location.

Clean and modern hotel with a nice swimming pool although a charge for parking

Really lovely hotel with the most peaceful rooms, food in the restaurant is amazing and breakfast was delicious. The most incredible part of the service is how comfortable the beds are.

The stay was great. Rooms were clean and tidy and up to par. I would like to specifically thank Clifford and Lukose. They informed me that there was a problem with the booking. But were quick and efficient to resolve it. They made sure I was happy with their solution and guided me well. The breakfast staff was also great as they allowed a bit more time to finish our meals. We did use the pool and sauna and after a tiresome day, we relaxed ourselves well. Overall a very pleasant stay. And thank you very much.

Good hotel. Room was good size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t brilliant. Hot food was tepid. And cold option hadn’t been topped up, so sparse offerings.

Rooms very dated and dark and charged for parking as a paying guest

As we stayed on a Sunday I can’t say this would reflect the rest of the week however the general stay was rather pleasant. Hotel in general was peaceful and quiet, nice looking facilities, hotel and bedroom both clean (although some things were a little outdated), big TV, comfortable beds etc. breakfast buffet had good selections offering poached eggs and omelettes to be freshly made. Water fountains to fill your bottles(still and sparkling) the only downfall was lack of information provided by the receptionist upon arrival. Although the person knew we were having breakfast no information offered on time or location. Hotel information QR code was in the bedroom but I could not see any information there and it also took a little searching to find wifi details. It seems they expect us to search and find things rather than them explain to customers.

Bedroom situated above smoking area. It was noisy and smoke was wafting up. We were unable to open windows for fresh air and a/c was too noisy to use at night.

Everything was Perfect except we couldn’t figure out get the air conditioner to work. Eventually it kicked in and was not as hot in the room.

Room was ready early so that was good news as we arrived before check-in Bar area was nice and make proper cocktails Bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine so had to turn it off during the night so hot and not to much sleep And to top it off you can hear when everyone arrives to there room on your corridor as every door slams really loudly. Breakfast was lovely Evening meal was also nice

Excellent welcome and check in from the reception team. A nice bright and spacious foyer. Lovely outside area beyond the bar to enjoy a drink in the sunshine. My room itself was clean but the windows were filthy and didn't look like they've been cleaned for quite some time. My room was in a block at right angles to another, and as I was able to see the lamp inside another room, I felt that others would be able to see into my room. So, at 6pm on the first sunny day we've had for weeks, I found myself pulling the curtains shut 🙄 Comfortable bed. Great bed linen. Decent size tv. Useable desk. Usb by bed. Comfort only disappointed by window situation and lots of noise from nearby room doors banging.

Overall I was pleased with the hotel and staff. My only issue, after a long drive and late check in, was the lack of food selection at the bar. The receptionist ensured me that I could get the same selection of food at the bar since the restaurant was closing. Two selections were shot down immediately. I was told only burgers and sandwiches were avaliable. I just expected a better menu.

Stayed overnight with the Grandkids so the pool was an added bonus. We had breakfast which was excellent

Absolutely fabulous hotel, loved everything about it. Cannot wait to stay again.

The building looks very 80's from the outside and doesn't change much on the inside. While the hotel has had some work in the main reception, the rooms are really old with some broken items on display, the duvet cover is just a thin sheet and the mattress needs changing. The hotel was so bad that I left after 1 night even though I had pre paid for two nights

Booked the hotel purely for the swimming pool for the grandchildren. Pool was great. Room was ok. Beds very comfortable. Had to have the pillows and duvets changed as my husband is allergic to feathers but that was no problem and done very quickly. Not much choice of food in the bar for the grandchildren so we ate elsewhere.

The front staff, Cara, was excellent. She was so friendly and polite as well as kind.
