Great facility and amenities, friendly staff, the only thing was that the bed was very firm and for me was uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect.

The rooms are spacious and great but the safety lock didn’t work on our door. Maintenance came to fix it but I don’t think it ended up locking in the end.

Good size room has everything we needed and with a full small kitchen and a full size fridge with own ice! Only downsize is the water pressure was super weak when showering.

I gave a very positive review on the interior renovations as I've stayed at this property over five years ago and returned. I received additional "Data Service" charges for two of the three nights of stay? Wifi is free.

The Staff are very nice and professional, Joy the lady at the Front Desk is very nice. I would like to commend her for her professionalism and great customer service during our check-in. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and our family really love this hotel.

Spacious room with plenty of usb charger outlets. Full size kitchen, which makes it great to bring your own food and drinks. Comfortable bed and a full size sofa in a separate room, makes it easy to relax.

I will return some time, because it was a very good experience from the beginning to the end! Amanda and Joseph were very kind and helpful at check in! The room was clean, comfortable, and ready for us on arrival! Love the bed and the breakfast! What a nice surprise to eat a warm meal!!

The breakfast was ok. They needed to have a protein option like bacon or sausage and more fruit options. Hopefully they’ll get the construction done soon, whatever they’re building near the pool.

Overall, a decent stay. Unfortunately this hotel seems to have a fly issue. The amount of flies we saw in our room alone was kind of a turn off. The breakfast was subpar, some days the eggs were dry and crusty. Some of the stuff was in containers that steamed, making items soggy and gross. The pool was nice and hardly used, however when it was there was kids in throwing rocks, one hitting my sun chair with parents completely disregarding them. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great! The manager (I think maybe he was the maintenance manager) was fantastic ... helped us with a couple things and was on top of it. Very responsive and super friendly! Kids had fun in the pool, we enjoyed a BBQ dinner, and just overall a nice stay.

The hotel is clean on the outside and looks fresh. The only issue I had was even though I requested daily housekeeping it was hit or miss if the showed up. The housekeeper were great so i would suggest who ever is managing them should actually look at the list of daily housekeeping. I believe you should get what you pay for and i definitely did not get the service that my daily rate suggest i should get. Retrain your housekeeping manager and all would be great. Front desk always apologized for the lack of housekeeping and did so eloquently and lived up to the hotel name.

It’s one of the best resident in Marriott hotels. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s being renovated for. It’s just that it’s a good area. Great place go visit.

Check-in staff was super nice and helpful. Booked a standard King bed room and was given an accessibility room, which was fine. Bed was lower than normal and shower had built-in seat and support bars. On the upside, the room and bathroom were spacious (more space than I needed). Only downside was the bed was a little soft.

Rooms water pressure was very low in the shower and hot water did not work in the morning so we had to take a freezing cold shower. Property clearly hasn’t undergone any updates or modifications like other resident inn hotels. There were Ants all over the room and wasn’t really worth it. You’re better off driving the extra 10-15 minutes to Livermore Residence Inn where the property is updated and reasonable.

The staff hase been amazing.
The pool and hot tub great it's 3-5 foot deep so my grand son loved it and they even had tea and cookies for use in the afternoon. Will definitely be back.
If you want a bathtub in your room you need to book the king one bedroom.
