Nice hotel

Great stay, just needed a room to stay for the night after a long flight. Hotel real close to LAX. Room was clean bed was comfy, will keep this place in mind if I ever need a place to stay.

Had a great day, the staff was very kind and helpful.

Handy for airport nothing around restaurant or bar wise . No atmosphere in hotel bar . Breakfast only ok

From the first day of arrival (September 5th) there we two people in the front of the hotel cussing and yelling to one another (should've caught a clue). Upon entering we reported to front desk. Second I was awaken at the ass crack of dawn on September 6th, by loud speakers drums and chanting. Went to front desk to inquire. I was told it was a protest and that it would only last 40-45 minutes and in my opinion that was 45 to long while on vacation. So I went to go back to my room (302) and the elevator quit working and because I'm handicapped I can't use stairs. So now im woke and inconvenienced. After all that EVERY time I went to my room I had to comeback to the front desk to get my room card redone. And last but least I read the notice that rooms would be cleaned every other day which was not the case. After all that happened with this stay NO ONE EVERY CAME TO CLEAN ANYTHING. My husband and I always try staying at a Hilton Hotel in our travels NEVER again. This was the most miserable stay ever. Whatever the hell is going on with this particular hotel you all need to get it fixed. I'll be addressing these issues with corporate. And as far as being eco friendly they got that covered since I never got my room cleaned.

The property is well maintained, good value, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff does not represent the Hilton brand.

Renovation is almost complete. Friendly Staff; Spacious, Comfortable Rooms and convenient location.

Very good hotel but it is not a 5 star compering with others that are 5 stars.
