We were busy visiting with family the entire trip so just needed a place to sleep. This hotel was so quiet, comfortable and well maintained. It has everything we needed to get a good nights sleep.

We had a big 90th birthday celebration and family and friends came from all over the country. We all stayed at the Hilton on my recommendation

I booked an accessible room because I recently had surgery and was on crutches. The room they put me in was accessible for someone with a hearing impairment but did not have an easy access shower, etc. I was only there for one night so did not complain, but that was a serious shortcoming.

Room was clean, bed mattress needs to be changed. It was so soft n it sank in the middle. The walls were so poorly insulated, I could hear the next room talking, as well as guests talking along the corridor

Lobby was very well organized and very clean; staff was friendly and professional; was with a 2-3 minute walk to plenty of food options. Overall, great place to stay!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary with an overnight stay. The accessible room was large and clean. The bed a bit soft for my taste but perfect for my wife. My only concerns were the tiny bedside tables and the complete absence of usb power ports in the room. Come on Hilton. Get with the times!

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Loved the free coffee downstairs each morning. Only complaint is that one of our queen beds was really uncomfortable. It’s starting to sag in the middle. As you face the beds, it’s on the right - Room 609.

Very annoyed that I had a room that the TV didn't work. Asked someone to fix at 3:30 pm. Maintenance came but had to come back to fix it. I left for a few hours and upon return at 10:30 pm, it still wasn't working. Tried calling front desk and no answer. Had to walk to desk to ask why no TV. A cable was replaced the next day, so a simple fix. They did comp me one night. I wanted to watch the Olympics. Toilet handle stuck and had to be jiggled to stop it from running constantly.

Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. My only issue was we were traveling for sports and really needed to keep food and beverages cold due to the heat. Our fridge was not working and was not fixed when I asked for help. All the maintenance people did was turn up the dial one notch which I had already tried. Disappointed that I had to continually get bags of ice to keep stuff from spoiling not to mention our floor was always out of ice so I had to go on a hunt for some every time.

The hotel was very nice, but having to pay $10.00 to park at the property was rather an insult when paying the high price for the room. Also charged $2.00 for bottled water
in the room….breakfast was expensive also. Nice location & clean, but not worth the extra charge's.

I was only there for a very short period time, the staff was so kind, even when I arrived at 1am.

Wish you offered continental breakfast without a fee. $12 seems very high per person.

Hotel is located directly off the i5, but is secluded within the trees so you never know the interstate is right there. Very convenient location with quick access to Lake Oswego, Tigard, and downtown Portland. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was beautiful and everyone was nice. A couple things that would have made it better:

There was a washer and dryer broken and I was washing uniforms late in the evening so that was a challenge.
All in all, great place and friendly staff.

Very clean but up charges for everything and understaffed. There are warnings everywhere for car breakins but then they charge you $10 to use their parking lot or the steer for free. Pet fee at $50 is the highest I’ve ever paid. Beds are clean but hard.

The staff were friendly except when my daughters and I went to the breakfast place. There were no host so we grabbed our plates, and when the server saw us, the first thing she said was “there is charge for this breakfast!”, like telling me it’s not a free buffet. Uhhh, I do know that, and even if I didn’t, there’s a better way to say it. However, Violeta was really kind and sweet to help me out and my daughters since when we arrived, there were not much options left. The fitness center was a decent size, the pool was small but we had fun there, parking was easy, $10 per day. I’d stay at the hotel again.
