I chose this facility because it's within blocks of my father's while in the room I encountered lukewarm water for the shower you have to run the shower 5 10 minutes before getting in if you wanted to be hot also it didn't look to be any access to the swimming pool or the hot tub also listing breakfast as an amenity was not disclosed that it was actually coming from a bistro that you would have to pay for breakfast two elevators the lead you up to the higher floor one of them is probably about to go out of service very scary shaky rides upon arrival it was so hot in the lobby temperature too high overall the stay was okay

No hot water for 3 days. HVAC we couldn’t control in room 314. They said we could adjust it with the wall unit, but there was no was unit in that room. We were initially switch to that room because 319 had a leaking toilet & smelled like a basement. The hallways were musty, too. One of the elevators was also out of service. I was credited $50 per day for the water issue, but feel like more needs to be done. This was the worst stay ever for me & my family.

Comfortable bed yet way to high to climb in for aging person and not able to use as a seat to put shoes on etc.
Toilet to low for challenged knees. Like to have free breakfast offered elsewhere.
Love that the window opens, with a screen and safety bar.
Staff very helpful if not always knowledgeable. Told me there was a raised toilet. Will stay somewhere else in future.

It was in a quiet area and the rooms were clean and neat. Overall check in was easy and simple, nice staff.

Room had a prehistoric tv that didn't work, they told me they would put in a new one while I was away for the day, they didn't, after complaint the maintenance man came up right away to put it up, however upon settting up, only air channels available, never turned it back on...the head boards or lack therof were some sort of odd foam pillows...no continental breakfast....most of the front desk staff were very interesting

I really didn't like this hotel. Chair in the room was filthy. Patio door filthy. Bathroom was not the cleanest and rusted out. No phone in the room. Carpet in halway was very disgusting. Pool didn't work. The hotel could use a make over. The staff was extremely friendly but the hotel room was a mess.

My room smelled like wet dog and the bed smelled like dog crap for the entirety of my stay which was two nights. Although the room appeared clean and tidy, the smell was very off putting. They could at least have designated rooms for people with pets so that people without pets, like me, dont have to suffer the consequences of people traveling with their animals. Aside from that irritation, my stay was quiet, safe, comfortable for the most part, and convenient.

The hotel was very run down. The wallpaper in our room looked to be peeling, there was a strange odor to the room. In the lobby the furniture seemed to be very run down and peeling.

This property is due for a refresh in some areas. Restaurant, bedroom/bathroom tile. Lobby, elevator and hallways were not vacuumed during the three days we were there. Shower had mildew. Staff was nice and helpful.

Customer Service may be the best I have ever had at a hotel. Friendly, on top of it very welcoming. Fixed a problem right away.

It was ok. The tv turned on but you couldn’t watch it because the reception was bad. I know it happens but there was a huge spider in the room which didn’t end my stay very well. The hotel wasn’t as nice as others I’ve been too. There was no breakfast lie they said there would be.

First the bad: The facility is aged and in dire need of updating. Chairs in the bistro/bar are worn and almost have the filler exposed. The carpets are old and worn, TV in room couldn't get half of the "available channels", and one elevator didn't work all weekend.
Now the great: The staff!! From Lore at check-in and check-out to Erika in the bistro/bar the staff were amazing. They were engaged, friendly and helpful. They were personable and amazing to deal with regardless of the ask.
Update the facility and this would be a 10 hotel to stay at. We would gave the facility a 4 (bed was comfortable) but the staff a 12 out of 10! They were that great! Overall because of the staff we would give it an 8.5.

The only reason it wasn't active star trip was due to the pool being out of order during our stay. That was not communicated with me at any time during the reservation process. I believe it should have been added in somewhere during the reservation process.
