The beds were super comfy, and clean.The floors and the bathroom were very clean. The door to the balcony was super hard to open. The lock was a little rusty.

Theres not internet connection in back room by the pool not from the wifi or the phone you needed to go outside

I enjoyed staying here with my boyfriend for his birthday it was very peaceful and clean.The people who worked there also seemed friendly.

The room was clean and the shower was great. The beds needed new mattresses. Trash all around pool area. The receptionist was very nice, however.

Super disappointed with the hotel...No WIFI is available in this hotel...They told us they are fixing the issue but it never worked ....no phones working in the room to call at reception.....saw a lizard in the room....blankets are ripped ....also they will never return the $100 deposit

Stayed at Arya Blu Inn on 7/27/24. Arrived at 10am, check in is at 3pm. Checked to see if we could go ahead and check in and was told by the very nice staff it would be ready between 1:30 -2pm. Which was fine with us. We hung out at the pool with friends that stayed the night before. Had Lenny's Pizza delivered to the pool area. We were in our room by 2pm. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. When we checked out I was given my cash deposit back. They have coffee, muffins, bananas and yogurt in the lobby for you to enjoy. Dunkin Donuts is across the street if you are looking for more than that. We will definitely be coming back.

Be aware when booking at that motel that there is no view or windows at most of the rooms yet they call them partial view of the ocean!!!!! Room condition is terrible bed covers are filthy, bathroom door is peeling off, building carpet is old and smells,,,, definitely won’t recommend this property to anyone,,

The hallways look like a legit asylum, white walls, dirty green carpet. The bed has a horrible stain closest to the door, like a crusty stain, the beds had bugs in them, the only nice thing was going to the beach in the morning. Other then that, never again

Our room was very dirty. There were cigarette burn holes on the bed spreads(big ones) and covers. Blood and dark stains on the mattresses. Big gross stains on the sofa. It was so bad that i wouldn't let my 4 year old sit on it. We left 3 hours after we were there to stay at another hotel.

The bed was so comfortable, staff was very attentive and welcoming. My only complaint was the parking lot is extremely small and inconvenient. We enjoyed our stay and the view of the beach was amazing!

We had a comfortable stay. Pictures do not totally reflect condition of property. Lobby not the same as pictured, no breakfast buffet as pictured. Bedding and kitchen area needing updating. Bathrooms are updated and nice. No bugs and bed was clean. If you are not looking for luxury this place is beach side and will do for a few night's stay.

Room smells like mildew had to upgrade and pay more for a nice room.

This room is perfect as far as proximity to the beach. The AC did not work during our stay, when I asked for a fan to help try and cool it down I was told to “stay in my room with the door closed” The door had been closed all day. I was also told that it’s probably so hot because there were 2 adults and 3 kids.

Me and my daughter stayed. The room was nice comfortable. The beds were really comfortable.Housekeeping came everyday to see if we needed anything and we're very nice and courteous to us. We liked even though it said courtyard view you could still see the ocean. The only drawback is the parking. It's to crowded and not enough room to park. But I would definitely stay again.

So this was a family trip for the 4th of July. Upon check in were were told that we had to speak with the worker that was coming on at 3pm to get a parking voucher, which was only like 20 minutes later. So when we went down to speak with this person, he was already in the process of being very rude and disrespectful to other guests including an elderly couple and a couple of women. He proceeded to tell everyone that they would have to pay $30 to park down the road from the hotel even though there were 6 open parking spaces at the hotel. Everyone was questioning why we would have to do that and he said that's how it is if you want to stay. He was questioned as to why nothing was mentioned about this or in writing anywhere and he just kept making rude comments and saying stay somewhere else. He kept laughing and smirking after being rude to everyone. I have never experienced someone like him when checking in a hotel before. My son tried to ask him a question and he told my son that he had nothing to say to him until he had helped everyone else first even though other people came in after us, he said my son would be last because he didn't want to speak with him. I asked another employee if he was the owner and she replied "no but he thinks he is and acts like he is" but no. This hotel definitely needs to hire another person and let him go because he is definitely bad for business. I will never choose to stay at this hotel again.

It was an older room, which I deducted from the pics, but it was kept in pretty decent condition and bathroom had large walk-in shower. Great proximity to beach; Staff friendly and eager to be helpful. NO BUGS! lol

The king-sized mattress was very outdated and saggy. Couldn't stay in it long without my back being in pain. Being an older couple, it wasn't great but Everything else was!!

Great views but place need a bit of updates. The bathroom door looked like a dog chewed it. The window had a huge crack. The phone didn’t work. The door to the balcony was loose and was difficult to open. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were updated. Price was good for the location. My daughter liked the pool.

The rooms were basic but clean. Newly renovated shower was nice. Pool closes at 8 pm which seemed pretty early. Breakfast is VERY basic and limited. Domestic dispute right outside of our room at 2 am on the 2nd night- but that’s people not the hotel! Employees were slightly difficult to communicate with. Booked 3 rooms and had to charge all separate.

Booked a room with a balcony, in the end just walls. The condition of the room requires repair. Everything is old. Took a DEPOSIT that was not specified when booking. No refund at this time. Total disappointment.

The best feature of the Arya Blue is not the cramped parking, average rooms with decent showers and floors, yet ancient air conditioning units, and definitely not the abrupt and borderline-rude staff. The Best feature of the Arya Blue is hands-down its location right on the beach. The views are best enjoyed from the back of the property, however, so as not to be obstructed by the flaws in the building itself. Breakfast was a joke and was strictly prohibited from being consumed anywhere near where it was "served," which was one of the strangest aspects of our stay. For the price, it's fine for an overnight stay. But if you're looking to enjoy yourself in a comfortable beachside resort, or you want to stay more than one night, my suggestion is to spend the extra elsewhere if you can. Honestly, from the first interaction with the staff, my stay was almost ruined entirely. Thankfully, the beautiful beach and the mesmerizing draw of the ocean waves were enough to entice me to enjoy myself despite my disappointment in the accommodations. I eagerly await the return of our deposit, as I would hate to have any reason to lower my rating of this property that I really did want to like.

Oceanfront small hotel with a cute outdoor pool and free continental breakfast & self parking. Also you can use Expedia feature “book now - pay later” its give you an additional piece of mind during travel. Small deposit required upon check in but total price is very reasonable. Stayed there 5 times. Great for short 1night stay.

I give this place a 5 star rating! Only 1 down side was the parking. Only 1 vehicle per room and we had to pay $11for our other vehicle to park at a near by partner hotel for the night. Room was beautiful and extremely clean. Beach access and they let us park 4 hours before check in to enjoy the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
