Didn’t like that you had to use your card

The biggest issue was the AC in the room could not keep up with MS humidity. The room was always damp and sticky and would smell musty every time the AC turned on. And don't even try to dry any swimsuits or towels. They would stay wet for over 24 hours, which them added to the musty smell even more. We had to find a place to go wash and dry them ourselves because it was so bad. Floor in the room and the hallway had soft spots, likely where the subfloor was rotting out due to the moisture. Every outlet in the room was half ripped out of the wall because the drywall was so compromised due to the humidity as well. Don't be late for breakfast, as once it's in the final hour, they don't replace anything, so you get what's left, if there is anything left. Had to ask for plasticware both days we ate something for breakfast, because they didn't keep them stocked. Pool was ok. Nothing special, but clean and in good repair. That was the one plus.

The fact that I had to pay to stay at such a place is comical. The sheets and covers were dirty. There was roaches in my room, the tv didn’t work and there was outside trash in the corridor. Do not waste your money and book here. I read the reviews after I booked so it was too late to cancel. Also , read the reviews first. Its a true testament to the reality

The shower / tub with jets, and bathroom was amazing. The room was clean, and the bed was nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and even gave us extra towels when we asked for them.

We enjoyed our stay for 3 day vacation. It is a 10 min drive to the beach and their pool was always clean. One nice feature I've never seen at other hotels is a pool chair for people with disabilities. It was nice to see inclusion of others.

The lobby, check in staff and everything was okay. Our room however, looked very clean and nice, but it smelled like mold. We stayed on the second floor and the mildew smell in the room was so overwhelming we had to spray perfume to not have a headache. Like it had just rained for a year inside the room and it was moldy. We ended up not sleeping in the room for other reasons but I feel like if we had we would have all been sick shortly after due to mildew/mold

The room wasn’t clean, and was missing items, I told the front desk person twice (2 different people) things were left in the room from a previous person

Strong smell of mildew, water leaking in the lobby, cleanliness not up to standards , exposed wires in rooms , no hair dryer in room, walls are dirty and have water stains

Could use a few improvements, breakfast wasn’t hot but the coffee was good

Stay was ok the show curtain was about to fall off and behind the beds where Dirty. But other than that every one was nice and very friendly. We couldn’t ask for better for the price.

It was a nice hotel and the people were nice but they never took the garbage from our room I have to take it out to the dumpster myself and the toilet was leaking and no one came to fix it or even look at it

Awful. The door didn’t lock. Someone walked into our room and said “we should lock our door”, which brought this issue to attention. It WAS locked. The front desk could not fix this issue. Would not recommend this hotel. They only clean the room every 3 days, so if you need new towels, you have to exchange them out. And they count them at the counter with gloves on. The smell was musty and there floor boards in the bathroom were broken and covered in mold. There was also a light on outside that would either never turn off, or turned on and off every minute, all night long. The blinds did not block this out. The pool was lined in green algae and the water was foggy. There was no password for the WIFI. And half the television channels wouldn’t work.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The property is beautiful and convenient. Customer service was great. The pool was nice. The lobby and dining area was incredible. However, they do have lots of mold/mildew on the property in the rooms and the rooms smelled of wet musk, mildew, moldy (like basement smell). We had to change rooms because the moldy/mildew small and moisture all over the floors was too much to want to endure. The mildew/mold was wrapping over the tops of the walls, floor baseboards, severely rusted lampshades & tub and the floors were very weak dipping. There was a dehumidifier in that room, but seems like it was not helping. The room we moved to smelled less musky/moldy, was less wet, and floors were solid and didn’t have as much mildew and rust. The front desk took the other room off of available list to tend to the issues which was great to see how fast they hopped on it. GREAT WORK. Aside from the issues caused by weather/humidity (mildew, wet air), it would be a great stay - clean, great AC, hot water, suite front desk staff, quiet, accommodating. I’d stay again (maybe not in summertime).

The room smelled and just wasn’t clean like I expect to be. The pool water was cloudy. The air made a weird noise every few minutes.

Overall, I had a nice experience . I had to request a humidifier because the room was very humid, which created a slippery floor when I woke up. After I received that, I was fine. The staff were professional and nice, and the rooms were clean. The toiletries were nice, Dove, although I had my own, the cucumber was a plus.

Not clean enough, half cleaned floor, ragged doors, lights hanging from the ceiling, hair and chick in the beds.

Charged my card upon arrival, when I selected pay at property when I get there hotel was 30 minutes from where advertised and did no refund me even after I never checked in.

The hotel is filthy starting from the lobby, hallways, rooms, and the breakfast area. The place is non smoking yet it smells of marijuana (people smoking in the rooms). The towels had hair and blood stains, left over food in the refrigerator, rust on the lamps, dirty hair dryers, and much more. I would have left as soon as I walked in but I didn’t because it was non refundable and had booked 3 rooms. Never again!!! I have pictures of you want them.

The property is NOT maintained properly. The room has holes in the walls, paint peeling, growing mold, the shelf in the closet was halfway ripped off the wall, bath faucet has a large gap between it and the wall, not much water pressure in the shower, room was not cleaned between days, beds not remade, had to find the maid to get clean towels at 7:00 at night because of no one serviced the room during the day.

Customer service was great ! The rooms had a nice size refrigerator that worked very well ( it got cold ) which was a plus ! The pool was absolutely disgusting, I couldn’t believe it , I never seen anything like it . Fire work paper was in the pool , granted the pool was out side it was more like a swamp . Cigarettes buts was all over the ground in the pool area that says no smoking. 🚭. I literally saw the guest come outside to the pool area and smoked her cigarette fire one up . I said either the guest could not read or simply did not care . Front desk said Nothing, can’t say that I blame them , because we never know what’s on a person mind. Please do not make this your stop to rest , you will be totally disappointed trust me .

We booked 3 rooms for 3 days and 2 of the rooms had dirty, moldy rooms. All of the rooms didn’t have a bath mat or any grip texture on the tub, with no grab bars in the tub/shower itself it was very concerning for safety,especially for older people. There was a grab bar outside the shower but was not usable when in the shower.

Front counter service was great. Both the woman who checked us in and the one who checked us out were very friendly. However, the room looks nothing like the photos shown. The bath tub was dirty. The room just had an overall "sticky" feeling to it.

I always stay at wyndham, regardless if i use timeshare points or not and this one really let me down, especially for the price. Tub had a film and hair in it. The springs were coming out of the bed, bed creaked and the room smelled like mold. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The pool didnt look clean enough to swim in.

People was nice and helpful

The beds were uncomfortable and they kept my 50.00 deposit.

The room was clean and the staff was very pleasant.

Booked a quick get away, overall the cleanliness needs to improve, customer service wasn’t so bad

Our room appeared to have suffered water damage and a dehumidifier had been placed in that was noisy and had to be emptied. The shower door was broken and had been replaced with a shower curtain that allowed water to cover the bathroom floor requiring all the towels to dry the floor and therefore not enough towels to use for bathing. Breakfast offering were not good as well.
