Really nice refurbished lobby area. Rooms aren’t as up-to-date, but they are very comfortable and reasonably roomy.

Renovated clean and quiet. Never sure what an off brand hotel will be like but this place far exceeded expectations. Beds were comfortable. They could use a less powerful scent in the rooms- I’m sensitive to scent but I’d dissipated quickly - that’s about the only negative. Pool and facilities were down for renovation but it was noted on the web and on the reservation so it was known and expected- which is far better than all the other chains who don’t tell you this when you book.

It was a really decent place for the price. They were working on the pool which was the only downside. The restaurant was decent and the bed was nice. All in all it was a decent place

Reception area looks amazing. Rooms looks like a cheap motel.

The hotel grounds were nice. The parking was a bit limited. The pool was closed which was disappointing. The room was immaculate. Bed was very nice and comfortable. Full breakfast was a bit disappointing as there were very limited hot items, no waffles, and very limited in the grains with no pastries and no hot chocolate, no chocolate milk, no fresh fruit. They could really do a lot better on breakfast.

It's always a question when you stay at a place that isn't a big chain, but this looks like an older hotel that's been recently upgraded. All of the staff was super nice, the facilities and rooms were great, and the price was excellent. I'd be happy to stay here again. The one thing I would change is the shower head - like so many hotels, it's too low for anyone of average height or more.

My only disappointment is that the very good restirsnt has been replaced by a “burger bar.” Having spent a day of travel the last thing I wanted ti ear was a burger.

This is a nice hotel, way nicer than the price. If in Elko Nevada do yourself a favor and stay here. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable and you get a free full hot breakfast in the morning.

Restaurant was closed so had no choice but drive to another location not too far away. So at least there are several options of food nearby.

This is a great gem of a hotel. First time staying here. I will book here on my next trip through the area.
Clean comfortable room. Very nice and clean lobby and hallways.
Great lobby coffee. The breakfast included is nice. The food was cold and the scrambled eggs tasted old for being so early in the morning.

What a lovely hotel. We enjoyed our short stay. The rooms were clean, and the amenities were fabulous. We were most surprised by the restaurant which served the most amazing hamburgers!!
We will definitely stay there again in the future!

It was a nice hotel with incredibly friendly staff. The breakfast was good. My only disappointment was that I, in part, booked this place because it had a restaurant on site. When I checked in I learned the restaurant is closed on Sundays. Oddly, the sign for the restaurant in the elevator suggested it was open 7 days a week. It was just an inconvenience is all. Otherwise, it was all I could have hoped for.

The lobby is beautiful and the rooms updated. The quality of the mattress was great. By Elko standards, for the price, this is a good hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. What disappointed us was our sink was plugged up, we reserved 3 nights, but our key had only been programmed for one night, and no cleaning service unless requested. We requested clean towels in the morning of our second day, got to our room late that night and no clean towels. None of this was major, just inconvenient.
