Functional, for stay prior to early flight

So disappointing the hotel has been allowed to deteriorate-to an abysmal standard things can be old (Forte hotels head boards from the 80's) need to be clean and maintained they are not the cleaning standards very very poor. The room felt very dated and very very tired.

Just about what to expect from an airport hotel.

Overnight stay to catch early morning flight. Super comfy bed great shower and quiet room for early night as we had to get up at 3am. Furniture in room a bit tired and worn but everything was clean. Bar and reception staff were all lovely and we were well looked after. Public areas smart and welcoming

The hotel has a rather jaded feel to it. The good points were: a comfortable bed and a very good breakfast buffet. The less good points: very small bathroom, no tissues provided, towel with holes in it, a vending machine that didn’t work. It’s immediately opposite Glasgow Airport and that presumably enables a premium price for an average hotel.

The hotel is basic but ok for the needs of an early flight the next morning
Hotel restaurant staff went way beyond anything I would expect in accommodating a food allergy issue. They were really exceptional.

We were given room 809. I would have complained but we arrived off our flight at 11pm and needed to sleep. The bathroom was not clean and the bed was so uncomfortable. There just needs to be a better standard!

Room was very small, TV did not work, clearly in need in refurbishment. Breakfast somewhat overpriced compared to other hotels at the airport. Bed comfortable enough for a very short overnight stay.

When I arrived your computer check in system was down so guests were being checked in manually by staff
Guests had to write their name on a sheet of paper and wait to be called
This took over half hour of sitting around waiting to be called
Staff were very friendly but it would have been nice to have been offered a drink or bar token or similar while waiting
Room was comfy but no water to drink in room
Outside room was very noisy all night as guest came and went banging doors etc
It was also loud outside - sounded like staff open and closing wheelie bins
Very handy for the airport but disturbed nights sleep due to all the noise

The bathroom faucet was loose & there were hardly any electrical outlets to use for plugging in phones etc. You had to close the lid on the toilet before you could flush the handle. Room just looked worn out. The bar was very minimal in what they could serve; but surprisingly, the food was good in the restaurant.

Check-in was good, and the person at check-in was very helpful with information about finding gas and returning our rental car. The room was quite comfortable. The location is awesome for taking a flight out early in the morning. It’s a very short walk from the hotel to the airport. The restaurant was lacking. The food was not very good and service was slow.

Two positives - location is perfect for an early flight out of Glasgow. Friendly staff.
Negatives - the rooms are looking so tired, I had a twin bedded room - the beds moved across the floor as they are so light. The bathroom still has old tiles, grout dirty etc, I've seen better in a travel lodge to be honest. The whole hotel is looking tired. They now charge quite a lot of money for the car park even as a resident - this has been implemented this year and is sometimes not very clear.
If it wasn't for the location I would not stay here as there are plenty of better places out there, it really needs a make over - for the price you pay, it is expensive.

The staff was great. The room was clean and quiet. We had dinner which was good, not amazing. We completely satisfied with dinner. The hallway on our floor could use some TLC, but iur room was in perfect shape. We would stay here again.
The airport is across the bus road from the airport. The walkway on yhe airport side is covered. You have to walk across the street and a short distance to the door outside. It is truly a minute walk with luggage.

My friends and I stayed the night before an early flight to majorca. We were extremely happy to discover the size and space our room had. We had booked a quad room and when we arrived we had 2 double rooms, 2 bathroom attached like a suite.
Will happily stay again.

We love the proximity to the Glasgow airport, however our room on the 8th floor definitely needs updating; bed & bathroom were evidence of needing updates.

Decent room, a bit dated, but otherwise clean and absolutely fine for an overnight before flying early morning.

Really convenient , clean , tidy , staff fantastic , good breakfast choice. Fire alarm not well managed , lack of direction , staff members in support. Signs to the hotel for drop off via car non existant. Would use again..

I am glad we only had to stay one night. The floor we were on was old and dingy. The carpets were torn and looked dirty and it still smelled of old cigarettes. It was not nice at all. The room was just ok, but also very old and outdated and we barely had hot water. We will be going back to the Courtyard Marriott.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We had an issue with no outlets close to the bed for 2 CPAP machines, but the staff found us an extension cord. Carpets looked well used, so could use an upgrade. Loved that it was so convenient to the airport. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good.
