Not so good, the fridge wasn’t working and it was dripping and nothing was done after the people at the desk was informed. The phone in the room also wasn’t working, same as above

I sent messages to the hotel to ask some questions many times since about 3 weeks before the arriving date, but I got no answers at all.
So, I asked customer service of hotels.com to help me just before my depature.
They told me
they called the hotel, but no answer.I asked the customer service several times to help me, but they told me the hotel didn't answer and they were not helpful.
I finally made an international call just a half day before my depature by myself.
I could talk with the hotel, but they couldn't find my reservation first, and they were going to give me a wrong type roo
m first.I was lucky I found it out before my arrival.
Everytime I called the front desk from my room during my stay, there was no answer.So, I had to go to the front desk ti talk or just give up.
Those things were so stressful, but the location was good and I had a kitchen in my room, so it was a good stay.

Amazing. Very close to the munich airport. Quite a distance to the city but not too bad. Cleanliness is top notch, rooms are 2021 standards with usb chargers. Breakfast was good. Free shuttle to the airport as well. If I ever visit madrid again, I'll be back.

Nice apartment on the whole, however it was not very clean. For example, there are large vents for the air conditioning and these were dripping with dust. It was cold and we had a little plug in radiator which was broken and the blankets werent clean. Some of the fittings were broken

We stayed in the apartment styled rooms with a tiny kitchenette. The room was okay. Bed was small and mattress was uncomfortable. There is no 24 hour lounge where I could go and with my laptop. Laundry room has little to no instructions in english for washer and dryer settings, which was a big waste of time.

The apartment hotel was an OK hotel if you are staying for a place to sleep. The front desk service really depends on the staff you have, can vary from being helpful to being Very impatient. The Small refrigerator in my apartment which I never use Made big noise From time to time.

It was a nice experience, it was a safe zone with a nice carrefour around the corner to stock up on food. The metro station was a pleasant 15 minute walk, and there are lots of restaurants to eat nearby.

A small well thought out kitchen area was well positioned behind a wall in the living room area. The living room was large enough to have the double and single sofa beds out for our three children to sleep in and we still had room for a table to eat at and the balcony was a nice place to eat breakfast. Paris property is going to be expensive but I thought the accommodation was good value for the space as long as you dont mind being a little out of central Paris.

Very good. It’s the first time we use the apartment. It’s spacious and comfortable.

Was convenient, but kitchen had very limited choice of pods (only 1 pod as a metter of fact) and dishwasher had problems

The Aparthotel is where I stayed. Was told there was mini fridge and there was none. AC bad so hot in room.
The real issues are with the checkin desk. While the people were friendly there were was usually only 1 person at the checkin desk so lines began to form. The line would be 8-12 people and you would see a “desk person “ walk by and go in back room. And this is at 16:00 so prime checkin time. So basically every time I went to front desk I waited more than 10-15 minutes for help which is slow even by French standards.

we didn't like that there was a horrible smell in the hallway and elevator, but the room was clean and comfortable. the gal at reception wasn't too helpful - but we managed to figure things out for ourselves.

It was nice, only 2.5 miles to Eiffle tower. Busses and metro really close . Staff was nice , Vic in bar area was outstanding!!

Location is quite an convenient towards metro station. There are 2 supermarkets within 2 mins walk.
In the room I chose (46m2) there are 1 room a living room and a balcony. It’s been quite comfortable and privacy is there given the 2 has seperate doors and are seperated by a corridor.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel. The first night the toilet was blocked so couldn't use it in the morning. The bathroom door had holes in it, the cupboard bottom shelf was broken and when I got up sweating at night, I realised it was because I was sleeping on a plastic mattress protector... No bedsheet!! Complained to the reception in the morning, not even an apology, told me to speak to Expedia?? I have seen 2 star hotels better than this... 4 star my foot, the mattress is like a park bench as well. Do NOT book, your better off in an Ibis or a Campanile compared to this, atleast with them you get what you pay for.
