Beautiful hotel with a great pool area and stunning lobby. Restaurant buffet was delicious but a bit spendy. Location is ok but walking anywhere is difficult.

Candy from the Executive Floor took care of our checkin. What a welcome. She recognized us, after an absence of nearly 5 years. (Covid etc) The Lounge was our favourite place for Breakfast, High Tea and Happy Hour, Besides Candy also Rocky and Jack looked after the super service. The Lotte is our favourite Place in Saigon fot the last 10 years

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the abundant water bottles. The breakfast was great, but too many items were not hot like the potato wedges, pancakes and waffles.

The check-in staff BS too much. She told me she upgrades my room when I told her I am an Expedia VIP customer. But truthfully she didn't do a thing. I booked 2 Deluxe room and I got exactly what I booked. I don't mind or care, but what bothers me is that she acted like she is giving me a favor when she didn't do anything.

The hotel is very well located if you plan to visit Ho Chi Min on foot.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The hotel room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel.
The service is overall excellent.
I will come back at my next visit.

The hotel charged me for the breakfast, then I came down to verify, they gave the reverse credit, but they never submitted to my credit card. So my card still charged. Who should I contacted to fix the problem?

As I stated in an earlier review, I was denied for my breakfast to go box- as I had an unexpected minor hand surgery which required me to fast; the breakfast I had paid for- not an extra benefit from the hotel! However, after my review was sent, the breakfast staff treated my husband and I extremely nice on the following day. We appreciated efforts from Ms. Barbara Tran, My Điep and her staff who were all very helpful and super nice. Yet, we didn’t receive any formal apology from hotel restaurant.

A male staff member in the lounge on the 14th floor was serving customers while playing a game on his cell phone. That was very disappointing.

Rather old rooms and in serious need of refurbishing. However facilities at the hotel are good, pool deck and restaurant are in perfect condition.

Fantastic stay. Pool area is on a par with a beach resort hotel, and probably the best in HCMC. Hotel restaurants are reasonably priced, but offer excellent quality, the breakfasts were fantastic.

Excellent location! Hotel room is spacious and many amenities inside room. Restaurant in-house with many choice and food is delicious. Definitely will come back and stay when visit Vietnam!
