It had been renovated, clean, comfortable bed, quiet area and security camera and gate in parking area

Room was ok, beds really close together tho.

Staff is always so kind and considerate.

Rooms were nice and clean. Only thing I didn't like was that the bed was very uncomfortable. You can feel the springs inside of the bed.

Price not so good,unit was clean. Bit of a smell but after the a/c ran a while was better.Unit has been reworked and was adequate. Cost seemed a bit high for Motel 6 in a worst part of town.

The manager was very helpful

Sketchy with roaches but staff was nice

I had to switch rooms 3 times!! All were roach infested!!! To add insult to injury, after night #1 of 3; the property manager tried to kick my lady, & myself out!! She claimed that my reservation didn't show in the system, & that we were in the wrong room!! Once it was all straightened out; she offered no apology, & maintained her combative posture. I requested a microwave, & denied. Reason: room only had 1 bed. Later that night; a microwave was delivered right next door to me. A room with only 1 bed. However; there was a beacon of light throughout this ordeal. Big ups to Sandy for treating us like she really cared. Sac Code Enforcement & the Health Dept would have a field day with this place!!
