Not towels in the room non smoking room smells like smoke 1 pillow for 2 people don't work I actually left the place within 2 hours .

My room had no towels at all. I could head other occupants

When we entered the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. There were no towels and the front desk refused to give us towels until the next morning at 8am. They gave us blue towels with stains on them. When I awoke in the middle of the night, I was bitten by something and had an itchy red bump on my arm. I believe it was bed bugs. I did not complete my stay, and checked out early.

Horrible! I'm still having a nightmare everytime i think about the hotel stay. There was a lot of bugs under the bed cover. Totally disgusting! See photos. There was more bugs but didnt take photos of all. Room was dirty esp the corners.

Not a safe place to stay, doors have a big gap and locks doesn’t work…

No towels in room, pillow covers looks like used ones, had stains on them…didn’t look very clean😐 strange people in the parking lot all night.

Whete to start: * The horrible cigarettes smell lingering in a non smoking room and section. * The cigarette burns on the bed sheets that for some reason weren't replaced. *The only 1 towel in my room with the front desk telling me they have none available and to call the GM in the morning. *The 3 am physical altercation in the room next to mine and management with security knocking on the door like the cops *The 1 towel *The dilapidated esthetics of the property *The shower head being chest level (I'm 5'10). *The slow draining bathroom sink. *The 3rd times a charm flush in the bathroom. *The outdated Non HD TV in the room. *The 1 towel. I get it, I didn't stay at a 5 star hotel and I paid a really good price for the night. But things that management can control for the essential services that everyone should have at any hotel js something this Hotel 6 failed miserably on. A sorry 1 out of 5 and lower if I could rating for this hotel.

I was charged extra because I wanted to check in early because I was tired. I go into the room and it was bare. No towels, no shampoo or conditioner like all of the other places I’ve stayed at. The place was noisy and I couldn’t find an elevator to go up to the 3rd floor. I was exhausted so I didn’t even try to complain to the manager. I would never recommend this place
