We stayed in a Suite Villa with pool and hoped to get the best of a holiday in a villa whilst being in a hotel. This isn't quite how it worked out, as whilst the villa was lovely, it didn't have it's own cooking facilities, and the fridge was a mini bar. So if you enjoy villa holidays it may not be the best choice, but it was still great, and the staff were always very helpful.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond with any requests. The property is close to the airport, but it felt pretty secluded when you walked on to the resort. They were extremely flexible, our flight was at 11PM and we paid a small fee to check out at 8PM which made that last day in a Bali a full day.

We found the neighbours very noisy ( talking on telephone between the hours of 11.00 pm to 11.45) due to the noisy rooms which echoed through the walls and ceiling. Also the costs have gone up so much guests are buying goods over the road and bringing it back to their rooms. Service fees and taxes are making it too expensive to eat or drink at the resort

Great experience staff was friendly, caring, and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we had a private pool which was beautiful. Walking distance to Jerman beach which was amazing great for swimming.

Great! WiFi slow - but good excuse to switch off!

Room with pool is great. Very private and romantic. Great location to get down to surf. You cant hear the planes. Only downfall is breakfast buffet needs a bit more attention. Items where at times cold or soggy. Pasteries were not daily fresh. Never really switch things up. Servers where great and atmosphere very nice.

Very well kept open spaces, excellent swimming pool, complimentary breakfast is fantastic, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Short walk to the beach. Crowded streets getting to the property.

Would loved to have stayed longer. Staff are wonderful. Especially the pool bar staff 😉 Food delicious and cocktails are made to your liking. Have not stayed there for years and happy I went back. Will definitely bring my kids next time.

Breakfast had a great choice but food is often cold

Have stayed here many times now and it sure doesn’t disappoint. Pity we only had an overnight transit this time but we will be back!

just returned from 2 weeks at the rama villas i booked a villa with a pool and was not disappointed absolutely fabulous time staff were exceptional spa is beautiful would definitely recommend great location 30 seconds from the beach and 10 minutes from the discovery mall and restaurants

The staff a amazing. They will do anything for you. We absolutely loved staying here again. We had the best room ever, garden room close to pool and restaurant, could not hear noises. Thankyou.

It is about a 3 * property with 5 * staff. Getting a bit dated here and there. Nice pool and great staff all round.The hotel is cheap compared to others in the area and as such attracts a lot of Indian guests which means the breakfast has to cater for them naan bread not exactly a breakfast thing. They also eat with their hands and smoke at the table which is not the best. However overall because of the staff and price it is worth a visit.

I was a part of a group of 10 women. We really liked this hotel. The property is beautiful, the rooms were really nice and comfortable. Some of us were on the ground floor and other on the second floor. We all had really lovely sitting areas outside of our rooms. I was on the second floor and really loved our balcony. So much character in the weathered cement banister, and lots of trees in flower right at our eyesight. Breakfast was included and the dining area was really pretty with a man playing a traditional instrument while we ate. Nice touch! It took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach to watch the sunset, and it was beautiful seeing the lighting change with the sunset around the huge Baruna statue. We ate dinner right there also at the outdoor Envy Restaurant (Holiday Inn) It was an amazing dinner with traditional dancing entertainment. We honestly couldn't have asked for more. It was our last night in Bali, so most of us were all done shopping. This hotel isn't as convenient to lots of shops, but it is only a very short taxi ride or probably about 20 minute walk to more selection.

This hotel has the best staff, they are friendly and efficient. The only complaint we had was the smoking, everybody smoked everywhere (except the restaurant, thankfully) Please, allocate a smoking or non smoking area around the pool, we couldn't get away from it.

Good honest accomodation

We had the villa with private pool although we only used the pool a couple of times. The bed is huge, seems like 2 king beds together. Bathroom also very spacious with separate bath, shower and toilet. The bath even has a TV so one could have a soak and watch TV if desired. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice, only complaint was not great coffee. We really appreciated the friendliness and kindness of the staff, everyone had a smile and our driver was waiting at the airport even though our arrival flight was more than 3 hours late. Great location, just a short walk to beach and shopping mall. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would stay at Rama again when we return to Bali.

Overall the hotel was ok. Our suite villa with pool wasnt 100%. The patio and fridge cupboard doors needed some attention as either didnt close properly. The pool area was quite rustic and looked good. The hotel food was average. Breakfast was buffet style. Main pool area was nice and a pool bar to boot. Overall not too bad and quite close to the beach.

We booked a pool villa and were upgraded to a suite pool villa when they found out we were on our honeymoon. Thank-you! It was a real treat to have a private pool and it was very relaxing to have your own private outdoor space. We didn't want to leave. The included breakfast was ample and good. I would definitely stay again. The resort is a little let down by the area but there are a couple of nice food huts next to the beach if you decide to go off the resort.
