Amazing hotel and awesome, friendly staff.

We were on the ground floor because we were allowed to take our bikes inside the room. Thank you! However, someone above walked heavily and I couldn’t fall asleep till 12:30 am. The front desk is closed at 11 pm, so there is no one to complain to about the noise. Staff were terrific. Loved the lobby with tea and coffee, movie theatre and very hot hot tub!!!
The beds were super soft, kitchen needed scissors, cutting board and a sharp knife. Next time I go, I would stay on the top floor.

I booked this property for the cost, location, that it could accommodate 3 adults in a room, and the fact that it had a hot tub. The hot tub was out of order so that was disappointing, but the hotel had a game room and a mini theater that provided us with something to do in the evening since the town was a ghost town while we were there. The room was huge, had a full kitchen, and 2 full size beds that were fairly comfortable. I would recommend staying here. Reality, the front desk receptionist was very friendly and very helpful with providing suggestions for local restaurants and places to visit.

Easy to find, about 4 blocks from waterfront, town and Washington car ferry. We walked a lot and since we had a car drove all around the island to sightsee. Our one bedroom suite was very large, had a small kitchen, hot water pot, table and chairs, large fridge. Bathroom shower was real nice. Comfortable bed and pillows. Wished there was a TV in the bedroom. Balcony had small table and two chairs.

The room was okay, but the building had the strangest hallway I have ever seen! But, all in all, it was Friday Harbor!!

Your hotel and staff were amazing and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day stay. The shuttle service to the ferry area was so great and made our visit so much easier. Can’t wait to come back to your beautiful island.

The price was probably high due to it's location. The hotel room was not equal to the price. The decor seemed a little "cheap" and sparse.

Our 1 bedroom suite was very spacious, very clean and well maintained. However, the decor and furnishings felt so dated that the room felt depressing to me. The kitchenette was well-stocked with plates, utensils, etc. and there was a small dining table. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. A coffee shop in the lobby was a nice perk. If the rooms got a reno, this property would be a gem.

On the edge of town but walkable to town. The rooms were very generous in size. Loved the angled rooms so that each patio was private.

Our stay was great. Reality checked us in and was very friendly and gave us great advice on places to eat and see. She is amazing! We would definitely stay here if or when we come back.

Very nice property. The Cafe was closed, however, and the drains in the sinks all were slow. Guess it may be an island thing. Nice location. Would consider staying there again if ever I am in Friday Harbor.

It’s ok, expensive , the room was big, clean ect.
Climate control was awkward. Furniture in living room was really awkward. Hallways are bizarre.(check them out , I guarantee you have never seen anything similar) staff was nice.

It was nice, clean, and quiet. The amenities were a tad sparse and the hotel room needed some artwork perhaps, but everything was good. Solid 4 stars!

Loved this place! Nice, comfy, spacious. Great bed. We had a balcony (the view wasn't impressive, but I didn't pay for a great view, so this wasn't an issue for me). Friendly staff.

Room was noisy could hear people talking and walking above us and in the hall. Restaurant was closed due to another group reserving it, so no coffee, just instant in the room. Staff was nice.

Walked into the room and immediately overwhelmed by what smelled like Febreeze covering up old hotel smell. Had to open the door and put the fan on to get rid of the headache it gave me. Walls are paper thin. Room was spacious and clean. The hall layout was funky. Staff was nice, check in and check out very easy.

In Friday Harbor so is close to anything and everything. Thin-walled so hear everything. Dated and needs a good cleaning. Acceptable but nothing special.

Balcony was filthy. Room was cold and couldn’t stabilize temperature. Had gas fireplace that didn’t work. Poor lighting in all rooms. Vinyl floors were very slippery.
