Nice for younger people/ couples. A bit noisy as it seems that the walls are thin. But nothing you cant expect when going to a party destination

The basic rooms that we had at first were dark with only a juliet balcony we upgraded at a reduced cost of €60 after the first night and that room was very good with new beds and rooftop and sea views

For a four-star hotel, Santa Rosa was not what I expected. The perks: very very good spread at breakfast, daily fresh towels, clean room (although my friend stood on glass in his room) and tableservice by the pool was a nice touch. However, the beds are on the cheaper side so are hard; an aweful cheap lumpy pillow so bring your own if you can; no balcony to speak of (2ft square); the shower was basic, weak and either very hot or very cold; the pool has no shallow end so this is not the place to bring your kids; and I just don’t think it had the ‘va va voom’ you get with a 4* Hotel. Overall a good holiday, and the hotel is located in a good spot.

Hotel staff friendly and clean but small rooms. Breakfast was a disappointment.

My wife and I (married couple in early 30s) enjoyed our stay at the hotel in Aug 2016. In general I would recommend this hotel if you book it at reasonable price. It's clean and well-located, but do not expect any luxury as it was a 3-star hotel upgraded to 4-star after some renovation. Pros: - room is neat, spacious (we booked superior one) and cleaned every day - good AC in the room - food is good and a lot of seafood - stuff at the reception and at the restaurant is very friendly - location is great: 3 minutes to the beach, there are restaurants, shops and mini markets nearby and it is far from disco's - rooftop pool with a bar Contras: - furniture in the room is very basic and cheap - you have only soap, shampoo and shower gel that are very low quality. Nothing extra. - the hotel has no lobby bar and no territory around - sometimes food at lunch/dinner is poor and you can't find anything tasty (happened around 2-3 times during 2-weeks stay) - not all staff speaks confident English, so learn some survival Spanish

The staff said there are no rooms available at all for our dates, but he sorted us out, even got a fridge for us for free, so very well done. Overall we had a very nice holiday, thank you.

Nice hotel. Short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Fantastic location. Only complaint was that everything had an extra charge attached, even the room safe box. Parking was extra as well but very close and convenient. Friendly staff.

We expected a 4 star hotel, but it was clearly not. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was modest and bland. They charge extra for the key to the safety box.
