They should tell you there is a xtra charge for the water park that is in the picture of hotel

Waterpark was a nice touch but it wasn’t clear it’s not included with hotel stay.

Very nice hotel on the edge of Rapid City. It served as the perfect place to stay when visiting the Black Hills, Wind Cave, and Mt. Rushmore. Also relatively close to downtown Rapid City, providing an array of dining options. I would definitely stay here again.

If you dont like kids on the loose 24/7, this isnt for you, since its attached to a water park. Our rooms ac didnt work, had to switch rooms at 11pm, after we had already unpacked. Thankfully, Isaiah helped us with that. And finally, the breakfast was a zoo, again with the kids and their parents, also, i have celiac and there wasnt much options for that. Our room was clean and the staff was great though.

The restaurant is closed for now. Would have preferred to stay put than to get back in the car to find a place to eat dinner. Other than that the room was very nice.

Our stay was great except for the laundry machines not working.

Pictures are a scam. They show a pool that is not theirs. Pool access costs $24 per person. This is false advertising. How do you get away with this?

I booked a “suite” months in advance of a family vacation; 2 adults, 2 children. The room (which was too small for more than one person to walk around in at a time) had a blood stained hideaway bed with a dirty mattress pad that I had to make up myself, for the bargain price of more than $250 a night. Further, nothing in the Expedia listing indicated the water park was not included in the room rate, which is why I chose this hotel to begin with (It’s $25 per person). The breakfast was terrible and supposed to begin at 6:00 am, but both mornings I was there, they were still setting up at 8:00 am. Next time, I’m skipping the hotel and just paying the extra $5 per person to use the water park, which was excellent.

Very nice hotel! Our one king bed room with a sofa bed was huge! Very clean, super quiet even with lots of little ones running around and the Sturgis rally starting. My 18-year old and I had fun going to the water park, but it was an extra $25 per person, which I had t read prior to booking. Young man at the front desk was very sweet! Would absolutely stay again!

I booked 3 rooms and upon arrival only one was ready. No worries, they take my number and will call when the other rooms are ready. I’m still waiting for them to call. After more than 2 hours we drive back to check and sure enough the rooms are ready. No explanation for not calling us. The young man checking my rooms for me was soft spoken which is fine except the woman there was so loud and obnoxious I could hear everything she was saying to everyone else - and believe me I didn’t need to know it. She also spent so much time talking that people were waiting in line behind me and she acted like she could care less. Too busy talking to notice I guess. When we got up to our rooms, one of them had a nonfunctional toilet. It took more than 3 hours and multiple phone calls to get it taken care of. This is not okay. The response from one phone call was: well they have 5 hotels to take care of, you’ll just have to wait. That is not what you expect to hear. Nor should it be. Maybe they need to ask for more maintenance people to be hired. If we travel back to that area I am not sure I’d stay there again. Not a pleasant experience at all. But the best part was the airport shuttle. Some of my party had an early flight and needed to be at the airport at 4am. No worries right?? Wrong! They get picked up by the shuttle along with a family of four. When they arrive at the airport they are told it was $22 per person. Yes. I thought shuttles were free? No upfront notice.

Very nice hotel, only thing we did not like was that we had to pay 25$ a person to swim after we already paid a hefty price for the room :(

Other then the room above us sounding like they were playing basketball for our first 4 days we had a nice stay

I would to have our room serviced daily, new towels and coffee replacements without having to go to the front desk. Rooms are serviced every other day.

Safe and clean place to stay.

Room was very diry when we walked in there was fries in the floor someone else’s hair in the closet door hung thing white crusting stuff and table next to bed. Some of the hotel staff were rude

Deceptive. Not clear that the water park was not included with the hotel. Complete bait and switch scam.

I have never experienced such a poorly maintained room. Worst mattresses ever. pillows had lumps. Area near air conditioner was damp.

Easy check-in. Property and room was clean. Parking was available but not necessarily convenient due to the number of restaurants/hotels sharing the same lot.

Nice room, but no microwave and a vary small fridge.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was the last day before we flew back home after a great trip to South Dakota. It was attached to a water park, Watiki which my children enjoyed (ages 7,13). The place was next to lot of places to eat including fast food for those who travel with children. You do have to pay extra for the water park but was worth the easy Acess from your hotel room.

This hotel is newer but its sad when the hallways were filthy as was our room. Upon check in, we were told they over sold our room and were downgrading us. Aside the fact we were exhausted, it wasnt worth the fight.
