Hotel seemed as if partially under construction. Had a room on 3rd floor with no functioning elevator. Coaxial cable to TV was disconnected and had to be connected before using.

Terrible place, management is uncooperative. Stay somewhere, anywhere other then this place.

Stayed during Hurricane Milton. Staff was extra accomodating given the curcumstances. No generatir though and the building was leaking but still felt safe and the friendly amd accomodati g staff made my stay comfortable.

We arrive late check in, clean room
Beds were a little hard, the only thing we experience this time was that we could heard next door or across the hall guess coughing very loud it was disturbing as we got waken up too early with noises. Otherwise we really enjoyed our previous stayed at this location.

Overall, a great place to stay. The tv remote was a bit confusing, but the front desk person took the time to not only explain, but to demonstrate. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Pillows were too mushy for my taste. The only downside (not worth a star reduction because it was not the fault of the hotel) was people upstairs must have been racing back and forth all night, and the noisy neighbors (crying and yelling kids and a dog) on the floor I was on. I didn't stick around for breakfast, but ham, omelets, potatoes, and toast were on the menu. Yum!

Mostly newly remodeled. Our room (and floor) were completed and looked nice. Our room was clean and very comfortable.

When the room AC unit turned on, it "roared" so loud it woke me up. Also, the property is under renovation (which was not too bad) except that to get the elevator to come up to the third floor so I could go downstairs, I had to call the front desk first for them to send the elevator up. Also, the night clerk did not have good command of English. Otherwise, it is a nice property that is very close to the offerings of downtown Dade City.

When checking in Kashara( i hope i spelled that right) was very friendly and joking, making check in so easy and enjoyable. Then apologize for having us on the 3rd floor and due to the renovations, we had to call the front desk for the elevator. Which was only a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was hot and delicious and again very friendly staff.

This hotel was under construction and wasn’t as need as other ones but the service was excellent

I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and it is in a convenient location. My only complaint is that I could here the people in the room above me every time the walked around their room. The good thing the noise was while I was up so it didn't disturb me but it was annoying at times.

This was the second year in a row I stayed in the hotel for a golf clinic I teach at St Leos University. The lobby was under renovation and was pretty messed up with Construction, but the space was clean and orderly. The staff was welcoming every time I walked through the lobby. The room was recently renovated and comfortable and funcional. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The only complaint is that I made my reservation through Expedia and there was no mention of ongoing repairs. I should have called Hilton Honors, but I was duly impressed when all my HH information was on the account including free Wifi. I would say your staff showed "Grace under fire". Well done.

The renovations are beautiful, I was place on a new renovated room and its was amazing. Everything look so elegance and clean. The staff was extremely friendly, and it was an amazing and relax experience.

An excellent hotel, even when under renovation. We got one of the new rooms and we were impressed with the layout. The Team working here was also fantastic. It was a great experience and I wish all my hotel stays were as perfect as this one.

I was called 15 minutes before departing for my flight to tell me that renovations had caused them to not have a room that we had booked and had confirmation number for

Under renovation so it was dirty. Our room while newly renovated was nothing special. Room was next to elevators so it was very loud. In the Health club/gym most machines which were few didn’t work. Would not stay again.

Breakfast was quite nice. Good coffee is always welcome, lol! The hotel is currently doing some renovations so there was some noise and dirt DURING THE DAY as one would expect. The hotel is close to downtown which is what I needed for the business I needed to handle. I woul stay here again.

The property was under renovation and room had odor of either setting materials for wall covering or paint or adhesive for carpeting in hallways. I didn't understand the carpeting in the room being under the King bed instead of on the floor, in front of the bed, which just seemed out of place.

Key didn't work in door. By the 3rd trip changed rooms.
Got to new room, toilet clogged. Moved to another room.
Rooms are freshly remodeled. Ok on cleanliness, not perfect. Disorganised overall.

The elevator is too loud. (Turn the sound off or at least down several levels.)There needs to be more insulation as you can hear everything from kids running and screaming to the elevator ding every other second. There is also a train in close proximity. They definitely should have spent more renovation dollars on making it sound proof.

Currently under renovation but we stayed in a new room. Very nice, simple but adequate. All staff were wonderful as was the included breakfast. Dining area kept spotless and food refilled perfectly. I’m sure it will be great (and more quiet) when the renovation is complete.
