We loved our stay at Casati Hotel. The staff is so polite, professional and extremely helpful. We requested a room overlooking the courtyard and it was so quiet we forgot we were in a hotel in a big city! There was actually quite a bit of construction going on next door and down the street but we never heard any of it. The room was good sized, pleasantly decorated, and had a nice, modern bathroom. Comfy bed as well. The breakfast was a real plus. Great variety of breads, cheeses and cold meats, yogurt, etc., with a pleasant attendant who kept things well stocked. The location is great - lots of restaurants just a block or two away and super easy access to the metro and buses. It’s just a little over a block to the Hungarian State Opera House (worth taking thr tour, by the way) and Andrassy, the beautiful shopping boulevard that leads to Heroes Square. We were so impressed with Casati Hotel and highly recommend it as a pleasant and well-managed place to stay in Budapest. We would definitely stay there again.

We just returned from a stay at the Casati Hotel for five nights. Although there’s construction in the area we were not affected by any noise. The staff were great! They were friendly and very eager to provide information and suggestions (Big kudos to Adam for all his enthusiasm and knowledge). Breakfast was fantastic each morning with an anbundance of options.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The service was excellent. The breakfast was alright, nothing special. Room was clean and spacious.

Overall I thought this was a pretty solid hotel. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. There was complimentary breakfast which I liked. Had eggs, cold cut meats, breads, pastries, fruit and brut. The afternoons had complimentary pastries as well. There was a nice very contemporary lounge. I liked that it was a relatively small hotel and didn't take long to get from the main floor up to my room. Somethings I will say that were peculiar: The design of the room and hallways wasn't quite my style; a little bit too modern for me personally. The TV in my room was extremely small for the (very impressive) size of the room. And for me I feel like the location wasn't great. A solid 10 minute walk to the closest metro/bus station. If you want to walk to most tourist land marks, it's a good mile in every direction except for the opera house and luxury shops that are one block away. All in all, for the price , I would come back. Great staff. Location could be better but I think the positive are great.

Our room was huge! Comfortable sofa and easy chair, coffee table, and dresser to store clothes. Large bathroom with separate toilet. The only downside to the room was that the lighting was a bit dim at night with curtains closed. Staff brought an additional lamp which helped. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with friendly hosts, especially when we spoke a few phrases in Hungarian with them! At night, they had coffee, tea, and pastries available in the lounge/dining area. We took advantage of that every night! The location was perfect - 1 blk from the Andrassy St., the main street in town, 1 blk from the metro, the Opera House (be sure to take the tour there!), the Hop-on-Hop Off Bus Stop #1, and St. Stephen's Basilica. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. Room was nice and immaculate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. It was our first time staying at this hotel, but won’t be our last.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Nice room, clean and tidy. Great staff, very helpful and personal. The breakfast was a really good variety and even some Hungarian sparkling wine if you want to toast the day in. I used the gym when it was raining and it was lovely, great equipment and a lovely setting. Really well located, only 2 minute walk from the Opera house and station. Honestly cannot say enough nice things about this place and the great staff. Will stay here again when I visit.
