It was an amazing stay. The staff was very professional and super friendly and Raven is a front desk clerk she was absolutely wonderful and very friendly the only issue I had was the$100 deposit you get it back but I’m from Atl, GA they charge you a $50 deposit if you’re local and none if you’re from out of town. But other than that I would no doubt stay there if I’m in the area again.

We got in late after a 2 hour drive from the airport and when we got in our room it smelled like Pot. Bad! We went down and told the lady at the desk that we couldn’t stay in that room and she said they had no other rooms. Then she went up and checked our room and said yes it smelled like Pot and that she sprayed some “stuff” but it takes awhile to settle in and absorb the odor. It’s like 2am at this point and we’re exhausted. She agreed to not charge us and we left. Our card was still charged $300 for 2 nights that we didn’t stay there.

We recently had a 2 night stay here while picking up our son from Fort Sill. The place is clean, quiet and worked perfectly for our needs.

The lobby had a strong air freshener...a bit much for me. The couple in the next room was a little loud but the breakfast had a good variety and the price was great due to Expedia. Comfy bed too.

We booked without seeing the motel or ever having stayed in Sleep Inn and Suites. We were pleasantly surprised to see that to our estimation it looked on the outside as the nicest in the area! The staff was very friendly and professional, the room was comfortable, clean with the most comfy motel bed I’ve experienced in awhile! Just a lovely stay!

We booked this hotel due to all of the positive reviews. The reviews are spot on. The location is convenient with nearby places to eat, the room was very was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. the price was economical. We would stay here again.

Quiet area, faces Interstate from frontage road but not annoying, away from traffic.
Super clean, Lisa was great, wheelchair accessibility was good, room was very wheelchair accessible , roll in shower and bathroom accessibility were great, too, but only found with a king bed.Breakfast was ok.

The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Got 3 good nights sleep there. The coffee was not the best, but still good enough to drink black. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was okay, for a three day stay in my opinion it does need more variety. My only complaint is the matress (you can feel the wires on the edges). They do need new matress for it to be given 5 stars.

We had to shorten our trip because Hurricane Beryl was heading toward our house in Texas, they refused to give us a one night stay refund, not acceptable!!! We are a retired couple that came to Oklahoma for a family wedding. We have no control over the weather and really wanted to visit Lawson and Fort Sill since my husband was stationed there 49 years ago, if we reschedule, we will certainly not choose Sleep Inn and Suites for our stay.

My stay was quick. The receptionist was pleasant, the room comfortable. There was hair from a previous guest wrapped around the drawer knobs. Other then that, very nice. I did miss breakfast.

It's cool but the white Lady on 2nd shift nice to me, I feel because am black, she has an attitude towards me anytime I ask her questions. Apart from that every other thing was perfectly okay.

Would have rated 5 stars but housekeeping was very pushy. Check out is at noon and at 9am they knocked on the door to see if we were still in there. No big deal. We told them we were still in bed and they went on their way. We then went to breakfast and when we got back up to our room to get dressed, the front desk called and asked if we were staying another night or if we were going to be out of the room soon. We still had a hour until checkout.

Overall the hotel wasn’t a bad place at all and the staff was great. The area is economically set to the best you get scenario. Breakfast provided was good in the mornings for my visit.
I’d say the only complaint would be a lackluster exercise room, and strict rules for the pool which wasn’t that necessary.

The male desk clerk was very rude and disrespectful. My niece and nephews knocked on my door to ask a question and he called my room screaming at me telling me I had 7 people in my room. After he realized he was wrong he refused to apologize until the manager came. The hotel was nice and clean the surrounding areas were beautiful but the service from the male clerk was horrible.

Floor tiles in the walkin shower are super slippery and there are no bars to grab onto to keep from falling. Mattress on my bed was worn out

Got a room on the first floor with easy access from the parking lot. Lovely room, comfortable bed, very clean. Walk in shower was nice but floor gets a little slick when wet. We could hear our neighbors but they settled down early. We will be back on our next visit.

Property was very clean and well kept. Pool area was very clean and the staff was nice. ONLY problem is that 4 days later I still have a $100 hold on my credit card! Extremely problematic when bills are due!
