Didn’t figure out how to operate the air conditioner till day 3 but that was my bad. Hotel offers amenities such as razors, robs, hair brushes in the lobby. Washer on site. Ice machine but no water bottle refill. Vending machine onsite

Very kind staff. Quickest check-in I've had in Japan. Room was rather spacious by Japanese standards. The beds are typical Japan-style western beds - firm mattress, one small bean pillow, no top sheet, and a duvet. Comfortable enough. Bathroom could use a deep clean. Located in the business district. Near a lot of coffee shops and a 5 minute walk to the subway, so it was easy to get around. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin. We could hear our neighbors early in the morning and late into the night.

Smallish but comfortable room, recently redecorated with kettle and fridge. Convenient coin laundry. Not the most interesting area but close to metro stations and near Sumida River which is good for running. Not the best selection at breakfast but generally good hotel.

This was my second stay within the month and the hotel is convenient and walking distance from TCAT bus terminal. My first stay was excellent, but my second stay had some minor but annoying issues. The in room safe malfunctioned twice and wouldn’t lock and open once locked. The second issue was the bidet on the toilet would not operate properly and upon notification the front desk apologized and said to use water from the wash basin, really now? The third issue was air conditioning system was difficult to operate due to remote control being only written in Japanese, but even after using Google translator the system would shut off after a few hours. The last issue although minor was the stains in the shower on the black colored walls, it looked unsanitary, but I think it’s due to harsh chemicals when cleaning. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The complimentary self service toiletries is a nice touch. I will stay here again due to its good location and walking distance to many restaurants and sightseeing options.

Loved the coffee! My Kai at reception was fantastic in helping me secure the Japanese souvenir l was looking for! I wouldn’t have been able to buy it without her. Thanks a million Mukai!!!

Their staff and front desk were incredibly helpful! They communicated with me several times through the Expedia app, were incredibly helpful and polite upon arrival, allowed me to drop off my luggage early before check in, and helped me get a taxi. The bedroom and bathroom were the perfect amount of space for one person and their quality of amenities were good for this price range. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!
