Had such a great stay! We had a huge drive up and the lady at reception went above and beyond with great customer service and was really helpful and organised a cot for my over tired cranky baby immediately when requested and upgraded us to the beautiful lakeside cabins which were perfect. A big thank you to the lady in reception who assisted me, it was really appreciate after a huge travel day with a 1 year old and 2 year old! Waterpark, pool and jumping pillow were amazing for young kids. We didn’t want to leave! Great location too just outside Byron. Definitely coming back again soon 😊 Our new favourite holiday park!

We arrived late. The keys to our cabin were in the late arrivals box which was opened with a secure code that was texted to me earlier in the day. All instructions were in the envelope. Our cabin was well appointed and clean. Small but fit for the the purpose of an overnight stopover. Thank ypu Discovery Parks staff. Great service.

Not so good stay. Everything was old and needs some upgrading. Couldn’t manage to look the door from outside. The toaster in the apartment was so bad rusted and not usable. Why don’t they replace stuff that’s needs replacing. The location is good.

Excellent park! So many activities for the kids including free sausage sizzle.
Great cafe and coffee at the entrance aswell so real need to leave the park.

We walked into our room and the first thing I noticed was how dirty everything was. It’s like they’ve never washed the walls or tiles. There was someone’s sock on the patio, marks all over the walls, our dishes were dirty, and the folded towels on the bed were actually still wet when unfolded. The grout between the sink and counter was sticky and not washed so there were ants crawling all over. We actually left the resort to hangout at another hotel to be somewhere clean and then came back to sleep and left.

Although our cabin was older,it was clean and comfortable. The park and grounds are beautifully kept. Great facilities also in excellent order..will definitely return and try out a water view cabin.

Great spot, not too far from the centre of Byron. Accomodation itself was perfect and just what we needed. Very clean and great service.

Two bedroom was excellent value we got two large rooms (king in one with a big closet and tv) and a room with two bunk beds (4 twins). The living and kitchen area was good for the short stay (a few more pots would be appreciated). The drying rack was very broken and the dryer was ineffective (we spent $8 for two rounds and the jeans were wet). We tried to air dry inside then needed to go back and use the one complimentary dryer.

I love the place and stay every time I am in Byron but the only issue I have found the cabins are not consistent with what's supplied like dish scrubber or hand towels, cooking tools, even face cloth.

Only stayed one night, driving through. Wished we had the time to stay longer, highly recommended very clean for a park cabin, great pizzas. Will definitely be back thankyou

Great friendly staff. Lovely walk into town, especially if you walk along the beach. Was upgraded to another room which was greatly appreciated but certainly not expected. The whole experience was that the location was very quiet and even better, affordable. Will definitely be back on my next visit.

clean and quiet. Staff were friendly but limited food options and a 25/ 30 min walk into town with limited transport, paid parking only in town at $5 per hour. I’d go again but will bring a bike next time

We stayed in a deluxe self contained cabin after being upgraded due to finding mould on all the blinds. My travel companion can get quite sick with the presence of mould so weren’t able to stay in the cabin. Quite disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabin overall.

The mould smell was unbearable. As soon as we woke we left as I was feeling ill from the smell. I believe its unhealthy to stay in these conditions. Would recommend or stay again.

Dirty windowsills and curtains and run down apartment, with run down amenities and furniture, hot water took too long to come in bathroom, no wiping cloth or scourer, bed and sheets were good. Portable heater not the best. Couldn't connect to inhouse wifi. Not worth the price we paid for it.

Wasn't able to get the same mid-week online deal as in person after staying three nights.
Had to ask for extra towels for the extra night, no other house keeping or extra supplies we provided after the first night.
No wifi.
Water was turned off for a morning.
The kids play area was epic and they had a great time.

Cabin was terrific - perfect for my 2 kids and I. There was a mess up with booking - a 2 sleeper had been booked, despite specifying 3 on my booking. Reception resolved this at no cost to me.

The staff were helpful and the site was very secure, with coded gates for entry and exit.
