A simply outstanding stay at a great resort. Our villa was an escape from the world with everything we needed just a phone call away. Great staff, facilities and seafood! Away Spa was a highlight, and the hustle, bustle and shopping of Seminyak was a short buggy ride to the entrance. Highly recommended.

Awesome funky style hotel. Staff are above & beyond. Breakfast choices are fantastic. Stayed in top.floor ocean.view room. Amazing views. Great size. Only thing bathroom is all glass. No privacy. Pool areas excellent. Woo Bar an awesome chilled out vibe. Food is actually exceptional there. Brunch at Stargish only negative. For a person that has an allergy to seafood ... total waste of money. Seafood for my partner way below par. Prawns waterlogged. Just like mush. Brunch was not for us. Other than that, a great stay overall. Is it worth over a $1000 per night? Hmmm. Debatable. Charge for 1 large for still water at pool over $15 aud. Way overpriced. But great experience overall.

The entrance to the hotel is very impressive. The room was really good spacious and comfortable.
It was a bit disappointing that in the description it said beautiful garden experience or room on the 3rd floor looked straight onto the ugly roof of the gym. I think if the roof had fake grass and some plants it would have been ok. I asked to be moved to a ground floor room that opened into the garden. This wasn’t possible until the 3rd day but this was very nice. The hotel communal space s were very trendy and nice. The pool was quite dirty and the areas that had white tiles were green with algae. I was surprised at the number of children in the hotel and the lack of an adults only pool. I am afraid the screaming and yelling detracted from our enjoyment. I thought the brand was more adult orientated.

It was well maintained and the staff were very helpful. However, there is a lot of traffic in the area and there is no convenience store or pharmacy within 5 min walking distance.

Quite a pleasant experience in this beach front resort style hotel. Big enough for a wholesome enjoyment of Bali without even stepping out of the compound with huge swimming pools, beach, spa and 4 or 5 restaurants or bars. The sunset view on the beach is priceless. But if you like, one could also go out to the streets, easily accessible by taking a complimentary buggy (i.e. golf car) to the front gate of the hotel, to enjoy a wider variety of foods, convenience stores and night clubs.

The W has a cool vibe, excellent food and helpful staff. The main pools that are inspired by rice fields are amongst the best pools in Bali. The ocean facing rooms are fantastic.

Room is extremely spacious with two queen sized beds for myself and my two children. Bose speakers, excellent rain shower.
Grounds are immaculate and the jewel of the crown is the pool area which just invites you to relax with the cosy palm trees providing great shade.
Service is top notch from when you arrive, can't fault.
Buffet breakfast is also excellent with many options you can order from the menu also.

Customer service was above and beyond expectations. We stayed in an ocean view room for 3 nights which was beautiful, then did a pool villa for 2 nights. Felt a bit more connected to the hotel in the hotel room but the villa was lovely and there were buggies to come pick you up that came swiftly. The food at Fire restaurant was amazing! Highly recommend at least one breakfast there…the French toast was delicious! The dinner was also spectacular at Fire with a special tour when you arrive which was really cool! Loved our stay here!

We stayed in the Villa and it was absolutely stunning. You get what you pay for (and this place is not cheap). It was very clean and well maintained, everyone was always smiling, and happily greeted or spoke to you. Was the best experience. Thank you!!

Amazing one night stay (on a cruise but will be back. Hotel and grounds outstanding, staff and service exceptional. Been lucky enough to stay in some wonderful places around the World but this is top of the list. We will be back as loved Bali and the hotel.

I stayed at Marvelous Pool Villa with my husband. The staff was friendly and the facilities were great, so it was worth the $840.
Swimming in the private pool was especially fantastic and I would definitely visit again if I ever go to Bali.
