I made the original reservation in June thinking I was reserving a room for a stay in June. I drove onto the property and was pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the exterior perimeter.It was clean, well-kept, quiet and not too crowded. I immediately wanted to know more. Imagine my disappointment when I learned that my reservation was made for a stay in July. I wanted to cancel my reservation right away but I was so impressed by the exterior I just had to see what the interior looked like. So I kept the reservation and extended my stay for a second night. I had one of the best visits I have had in a long, long time. I can't say that I have had many overwhelningly pleasant hotel/motel experiences and there are few that I can name as places I would like to visit again. Colton Inn is a place I will pay at least one more return visit.

The only bad thing is ice machine not working, hoping the Colton Inn fix it soon

The bed is comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. The floor could be much cleaner.

A good no frills hotel convenient to services with a pool. The beds were a little bit firm for my taste. However I know a lot of people like a firm bed. Perfect for a one night stay.

We had a good stay, the air conditioning was making an annoying sound but other than that it was a good experience.

I felt very unsafe. My room didnt have a fridge in it. Very out dated. Needed to pay for ice?

My stay was very pleasant. Check in was very smooth. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. My room was extremely clean and well stocked with everything I needed, towels, soap, etc. I recommend staying here.

Nice updated room with thick comfortable bed. Very affordable rates.

Stayed 2 nights here. Generally unkempt appearance such as wallpaper peeling off the walls, rusted door stoppers, bathroom door didn't fit, swimming pool is just part of the parking lot and empty. That being said, the beds were one of the most comfortable we had during our 2 week road trip (bit harder and good back support). Also it was quiet at night.

The owners are kind and accommodating, and have done a remarkable job updating this property. We enjoyed our stay very much, and appreciated that the owners themselves staff the desk and very much care about their guests experience.

Very friendly staff made me feel right at home. Housekeeping lady asked if I needed anything when I returned from errands, which I appreciated. King room was very clean, quiet and comfortable with a fridge and microwave. Decided to stay here again next week when I'm in town.
